GameStop #0989

This 5 star is for Bob. Everyone who goes into this location. Give him salute and thank him for all his hard work and dedication. One of the coolest and most knowledgeable dudes ive met. Everyone have a blessed day

It was great and I and the staff was very helpful with what I needed

Store associate told me I was getting a free membership with my account because it was “new” but then proceeded to use my trade-in credit to buy a membership with whatever discount, and tried to tell me the remainder of my trade in was “extra” money. The customer service wasn’t something I could think about because the staff was chill, but next time make it clear what free actually means instead of trying to make me think I was actually getting something neat, total rip off.

I miss how this gamestop used to be. Now it's just price scalping and the employees that are left don't seem to treat every customer the same. Kinda bummed honestly.

Really great staff. I called the morning of a pokemon event code release that coincided with a very popular pokemon TCG release! They were kind enough to sneak me a code card in between checking out other customers! Thank you Gamestop Christiansburg!
