First time at this location and was very pleased. Great stock of pokemon cards for decent price . Laci and the crew were extremely friendly and welcoming . She took the time to really help with everything from preorders to telling me about becoming a pro member.she went above and beyond and will def be coming back.

I LOVE this GameStop. It’s amongst my favorite places to go just in general. You see, I am a videogame enthusiast/collector. Many fancy words just to mean ‘nerd’ I know, but anyways, as a collector I frequent many different GameStops this one reigns supreme. Not only is the selection wild (just cleaned up on the best single haul of my life with the B2G1 preowned game sale) with a large and varied selection of of games (both new and retro, common and rare, different genres consoles, toys cards and more- this place has it all!) but what puts this place as the best is the staff. So hardworking and genuinely kind and helpful, it’s really refreshing to see people not only passionate about video games, but help myself and customers share that passion by being so helpful to steer them honestly in a direction of games they would enjoy. Honest, ethical, helpful, and informative staff- what else do you need ? Oh, I wanted to send a thank you to the three gentleman whom helped me, and pink haired gentleman, a new hire, and a young get gentleman with a slightly oversized shirt and deep voice (I am sooo sorry I forgot the names) Very highly recommended. EDIT: so on 8/20 I revisited and dealt with a younger Asian gentleman whom I will refrain from mentioning by name. He was awful. Maybe he misinterpreted my enthusiasm as sarcasm, but he is without a doubt the strangest and most hostile cashier Ive ever dealt with. Not only nonresponsive with gaming conversations I tried to spark up, and confronted me later because I asked for his name as I always do out of respect to dress the individual by name. He took everything I did as a hostile gesture and certainly no place doing a job requiring customer interaction. He confronted me at one point asking if my number was on the register to give me points and refused to answer so I asked if he can hear me and exploded. Picked up my last epic game haul today, I’m never going there again. And will recommend all do the same and let this place die as seemingly is ok with hiring people of such low quality. Sad.

I've been a loyal customer of this store for years, unfortunately I had the experience of meeting the blonde manager that was working on Sunday April 26th 2026. She made fun of me and then said: oh I'm just joking, and she was making fun of other guests, nobody found it funny. She's rude, condescending and sarcastic. Considering that GameStop is on its last leg and most likely going out of business soon, you guys cannot afford to have rude managers. I will be spending my thousands of dollars that I usually spend there at Target from now on, have a good day.

I was helped by Brittany at the Santa Rosa store, and I have never before seen such patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring customer service. My trade-in took some time so I got to watch as she handled a wide variety of questions and issues like a pro. Gamestop corporate I hope you see this, recognize Brittany's performance, and treat her well.
