If you want special pre-orders I would suggest giving more attention to premium retailers like Best Buy I had a bad experience with a 200$ game recently. You are guaranteed anything you order from Best Buy and or Amazon I might add I was treated more kindly at Best Buy and when I left at least I didn’t feel they had been running there mouths behind me while I walked out the store. If you pay for a premium edition you do expect the professional courtesy and respect you should get for spending the extra money on a product that helps you stay in business. Professionals get the respect they do so rightfully deserve not little adults.

Went in to pick up an online order. That part was easy enough but the agent was just awful with the customers in front of us. First he blatantly lied multiple times to the customer ahead of us in an attempt to upsell them (first saying no more Switch games are in production and then doubled up the amount of the upcoming Switch 2 price increase) and then when they passed and passed on the extended warranty he made a snide comment about how when it stopped working (the item they're selling...) it wouldn't be their problem. Selling is one thing but this guy sucked.

Dude lazy employees!!! What a joke. I’m a member I say there with 4 packs of cards a new game and an over priced stuffed animal for my daughter. Dude ignored everybody while slowly going through an old ps4 looking for flaws, pathetic customer service

I entered game stop and was worried about resale value and didn't know what i was truly getting into. Well Amanda qnd caleb eased the tension and worry instantly. They didn't hesitate to be there for any question or concern. I left with a smile and a good vibe. I owe that to Amanda and Caleb. Ive never encountered such kindness and professionalism. 10/10. They definitely deserve a raise.
