This guy was so rude. He wouldn’t let me return my game, with my receipt, within the 7 days. I refunded my games & card preorders. I will no longer do business here. 🔥this guy

I ordered a Sony ps5 stick module on their website a twice and both times it was not delivered they give you the option of same day and they don’t send you anything, you call the store and they will tell you they see you’re order but they can’t do anything they got to wait until corporate gives the ok before you send it out for delivery, so why would a company give a option for same day delivery and both times don’t send anything?🤔

Awesome selection of games and collectibles! The staff is super helpful and always up for a chat about the latest releases. Love popping in to see what new items they have on the shelves!

Waited for 30 minutes because there was only one employee with about 6 people waiting. Was picking up a pre-owned Nintendo Switch OLED, asked to check it out first and it was disgustingly dirty… I asked if they get cleaned and the employee said they give all the devices a quick clean but being white, more wear will show. The joy sticks had grime/dirt in the pads, there was what looked like a booger or ear wax on the console, dirt/dust all in the dock, and dirty marks and scratches all over. I don’t expect perfect from pre-owned, but for nearly $300, just $100 less than brand new in box, you would think someone would take a paper towel and simply wipe it down. Employee seemed like he couldn’t care less and just said that’s how it comes. I’ll pass on the over priced junk with the free booger deal.

This GameStop has always been my favorite one. I live on the Northshore and I know a lot have shut down but I sure am glad this one did not. I have been coming here for 10+ years. The staff is always so understanding, kind, and even fun to talk to. Very personable crew. Sometimes I find myself in there for much longer than expected just because after I purchase my item I find myself just chatting with the staff. One person I would like to shout out who has been there for a long while now is Lilly. She is just awesome. She always goes above and beyond. For example, I had to return a n64 which I had a warranty for. Since they did not have one in stock due to it being an old system, Lilly searched daily until she found one for me. Once she did she called me on my cell phone to let me know and then put it aside for me (for weeks) until I was able to come in and switch it out for my dead one. This actually happened to two systems of mine and she handled it both times with such professionalism and empathy. The others there are great to, however I had to shout Lilly out as she is the one who usually has to deal with me and not once have I ever encountered a single eye roll, or rudeness (from any of the staff). Always super friendly and always wanting to help. I also wanted to shout out a newbie who started there who transferred from another store. His name is Josh and also super helpful and always wanting to help. Glad he was put in this store! I love this store and I would give it more than 5 stars if the review let me. I also love how the store is laid out. It is very organized and clean and I also love how I always get a nostalgia vibe going in there as well. Highly recommended this GameStop to all!
