1.This place never has anything I'm looking for with ridiculous prices on games that are old & not even collector items. 2.The people working there become pushy about renewing & getting disc protection. After I rang out a game I told the clerk working there I don't want no disc protection or to renew my membership so don't even ask. He continued to ask & said it'll save you this much & added the disc protection. Like I already said no before you even asked. Listen to your customers. 3. I saw on the website tekken 8 was on sale. I called & said if I come a day later if I could come get for the same price, which I also took of a screenshot of. When I got to the store the same person because I recognized the voice said the sale ended yesterday & didn't recall talking to me. Gamestop is 🗑️ get your games on eBay or offer up. They scam you & lie like no other here.

i was there thay and trade in value is xbox one 101.00 every thing includ contooller and modem hdml cabele but they over charged, and they charged contller , HDML cable. $36! or $45more don’t buy any games in game stop. scam company and who buy game in game stop no one buy and terrible service

I’ve called 3 days straight and nobody has answered and I mean from 12 pm to close all while open.. No customers have you guys that busy you can’t answer for days after you guys sold me a broken controller

Wouldn’t even give a single star review because Bad location to purchase games they don’t even have lot of inventory and their running out business soon because of their Customer service they are rude and doesn’t tell you the truth when purchasing the games or consoles they lie to you about returning even you buy new or used games their policies changes every time if your making a return and wants a refund they will never refund your money they just make excuses and talk about their policies bluh bluh bluh! NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!Please save your money go somewhere els.

I really like this location. The guy who helped me, Dylan was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate how honest he was when I asked him questions about specific items. I didn’t feel like he was trying to trick me into buying something which is why I’ll definitely be coming back. Can’t wait to recommend this location! Phenomenal customer service.
