Store is good, but this is more of a gamestop corporate problem. 1. Why is your response to pokemon scalpers to raise the prices on products. That doesn't fix anything other then the fact that it makes it harder for average collectors to buy from stores at retail. 2. Please, and this goes to everyone, under no circumstance grade your cards with PSA through gamestop. I just got my first 5 card submission back and one of the cards came back damaged. I didn't notice the damage on the card because it was very small and hard to see in the store lightning. However after returning home, i noticed whitening on my card that wasn't there befire. I submitted a request to PSA to try to handle the problem, only for them to tell me I need to speak to Gamestop. Gamestop corporate, again, has decided that because I left the store, there is nothing they can do. That is absolutely ridiculous, and if i could say some strong words I would. So I will say again, PLEASE DO NOT GRADE YOUR CARDS WITH GAMESTOP!!

I can’t believe I’m writing a bad review on GameStop. They sold me $60 Empty box and there is a sizable hole on the box that a person could reach their hand in and I didn’t even notice the hole until the worker pointed it out for me because they kept it behind the counter and then pacifically IT NEVER LEFT BEHIND THE COUNTER AND oh that’s just how it was shipped like what a literal lie and I pacifically called to make sure they had this and drove over three hours just to pick this up just for them to lie and give me a piece of cardboard. What a waste of money and time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Walked in this location with my 8 yr old to buy a DS 1 controller. They had one on the shelf tagged at 39.99 so I had one of the employees bring it down and walk it to the register. When they scanned it came up as 59.99!!!! Now I’m not sure if it’s their fault or the computer, I just wanted it for the sticker price not asking for discounts, just their advertised price. Well they all refused to honor the price and did not want to make it right even though I gave them multiple chances to. Worst experience no wonder they keep going out of business. Even after talking to their customer relation personnel, the issue was not solved and said it’s up to the manager discretion to honor the price. Exactly why it’s not the place to earn your business. Look elsewhere, you’re better off.

I stopped there to get a controller after forgetting mine at home and Victoria and Vlad were both not only very friendly but also very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service skills and it should be known. You guys have 2 great employees here and they should be recognized for their hard work and efforts. The store was fairly busy but they still took the time to ensure every customer had their needs taken care of without feeling rushed while making sure everyone else in the store was acknowledged and made to feel welcome.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Riley helped me get a $15 mug for $1! I am a pro member and receive $5 off purchases monthly. They help me get the most savings possible with restrictions on the additional coupons I get as a pro member. Vlad has helped me in the past by holding an item for me to purchase the next day and works diligently to make sure I get the best deal each time I come in. I come back every month :)
