Good size store, I walked in and was greeted immediately. Employees were nice and answered all my questions and had exactly what I was looking for.

GREAT STORE they had everything I wanted but they said they DO NOT accept LGBT Edition Wii’s and so I have to dock them 3 stars. Other than that it’s a good store.

Manager Tommy demonstrated a lack of basic customer service skills, empathy and willingness to help with a same day store purchase that needed to be returned. He referred me to a 800# support number that turned out to be just for assistance with online issues. I learned that Tommy had the ability to handle my inquiry and use manager tools of contacted a dedicated support line for store issues and he chose not to do that. When I was able to reach him back with that information, he nonchalantly said oh yeah I can contact that group. He supposedly contacted them at that point. I have not received a callback from Tommy or the district manager whom I requested a callback from to get the situation resolved. The store rarely answers the phone.

Went to purchase a Xbox elite controller. The box say $119. But they are trying to charge me 149.00. The manager Brandon will not even come out and speak to me regarding the issue. If the price says $119 than that is what it should be.
