Got a "New" Video game with employee fingerprints on it. Instruction manual also damaged. Avoid gamestop at all costs

Over market abd people are not buying lest stay together and dont buy from gamestop

This store is so amazingly friendly. I came in with my daughter because she was looking for some cute Pokémon cards and the person working at the desk gave me some advice about buying custom cards and even gave my little girl some free cards! I haven’t been to a GameStop since I was a teen, but will definitely be back.

I was number 18 of 18 in line for the Prismatic Pokemon Binder Collection today and several people counted the line and we had no cutters so you think that I would have gotten a box since the store advertised having 18. There were only 17 at the register and I was not able to purchase. The employee stated that there were 18 because they come in packs of 6 and he got 3 of them but that cannot be true. I believe based on the employee’s behavior that a box was held back. There was only 1 employee working at the time and everyone saw each person leave with 1 item. 18 people counting the line can’t all of gotten the count wrong. Shame on this GameStop.

Came here very frustrated ended up leaving our very much satisfied and well informed on a system I brought in was very helpful, confident and out going he helped me with a issue I thought could not be resolved and I look forward to going here every visit whenever I need anything from the GameStop Period I recommend here for all your gaming and console like accessories 5 Star service
