Store doesn't open till noon. Horrible selection of sports cards meaning barley any in stock. And bad customer service. Wish I didn't get suckered in to buying a membership months ago.

This GameStop is horrible from their employees to their un organized store. When ever I go in there it’s a mess. Once I finally find an item I’d like to buy I have to sit there and wait for an employee to finish their unnecessary conversation to check me out. Along with their rude attitudes and sucky store I do not recommend coming here!

This was not good at all, I went in to find a dock for my grandson Nintendo switch i didnt see any on the shelves so I asked the store rep if they had any and I was specific on what i was looking for and he look at me like I had to 3 heads and looked very confused, then in a stoner manner said no after about 30 seconds of silence lol won't be going back there again.

update: the ps4 we got here as a christmas gift for a 15 year old does not work. i was warned to never buy a console from here (after already purchasing one) and of course it was true. admittedly i am disappointed in how attentive the workers here are. always trying to sell u extras, taking extra time but never actually acknowledging you (especially and significantly as a woman, i cannot help but feel this is why) when u approach them for help. i come in all the time, why do u not approach me like ur other regulars? not even borderline misogynist, just misogynist. i have to come in with a man to get service. if i approach the counter, they make me wait? whatever youre doing can wait, im here now and im a real person. get out of ur basements and into the real worlds, women exist.

Place is ran terribly just like the rest of them. The visiting manager isn't any better. Goes outside to belittles the staff on the phone. He's no better. Paid $112 for a game. Didn't get any of the pre-order content. That manager who is talking shit about the other employees flat out told me he can't help me and to contact the developer. Best buy gave people a new code for it. That's how business should be done. Not this poor excuse. Completely useless. Also pre-ordered a series x. Paid over $800. Went to pick it up. Cashier couldn't get the barcode to scan. Voided the over $800 purchase without asking..ended up paying a 2nd time for the system right after and had to wait 5 days for the other $800 to go back on.
