Joe and Ashely went above and beyond for me today despite how incredibly busy it was!! Ashley was super nice and friendly on the phone and was more than happy to find the specific items I wanted! They were able to find them in the back for me despite how much merchandise is in the back, which I really appreciate because it was specific Funkopop figures that I was looking for. Joe was so nice and greeted me while I was in line and made sure he got the items out before I came up. It was a really long line filled with difficult customers but I was patient, the whole staff here is extremely nice and professional!

I highly recommend giving this establishment your business. I brought my boys into this location and had a great experience. Josh helped us out and provided amazing customer service.

GameStop continues to disappoint. During my last visit, I was quickly ushered away from the store because I walked in too close to closing time. We were a family of three entering your store with the intent to spend money and you unceremoniously kicked us out - fantastic customer service! Today, at Chandler Fashion Square, the employee told me that I wasn't entitled to my $5 off discount because my membership just renewed. Really? I've had a membership for two years now and "it just renewed?" GameStop - I wil take my money elsewhere as you continue your downward spiral in the gaming and collectible industry. Good luck with purchasing eBay - you're going to need it with your horrible customer service and business practices. Oh, yeah and I have cancelled my membership. You don't deserve my money.

Super slow. Someone was selling their stuff and I’m the 3rd person standing in line to buy something. You just lost my business and the person in front of me as we both left. Customer service lacks for sure and aren’t you in the business to sell items???!!! I’ll go online and not have to wait for your slow sales associate that can’t speed up his work or multi task. On top of it another employee was there and ready to work but didn’t start for another hour because they said they can’t do over time.

It's under new management, so the outside and the inside look amazing! It's clean and very well stocked. The new owner is super nice and outgoing! He has food trucks outside! His products are affordable!
