I've seen so many reviews about this woman Cecilia and can attest to everything they are saying. She is extremely rude, slow and inattentive to the needs of a customer. She's sitting there talking with her friends while a line of people is building up. She talks to people like they are stupid and then gets angry when you ask her any questions or favors. She tricked me and others into signing up for the Pro membership because it would apparently save money on my purchase, even though the website had the item listed for less anyways. The other two employees weren't that good either, but she was definitely the worst. Completely useless. This store should be replaced with AI cashiers.... and I hate AI. Returning my item tomorrow and never shopping here again, for ANY reason!

Went in to trade in PSA cards. Apparently they can't find the necessary equipment... Seems like they straight up lost it. Told me to come back later no real time frame. Struggling to remember why I have a paid membership to this place when they offer literally nothing. No chance I'm buying cards here at these ridiculous prices.

Horrible store. Do not shop here. The girl with the biker jacket (Cecilia) lies, and based on the reviews below, she does it often. She will try to tack on a pro renewal membership and will not point it out unless you mention it to her. I tried pre-ordering items with a friend and she said since we walked in together, we are only able to preorder one time despite having different pro memberships and not being in the same household. She stated it was store policy and no where online or in store does it state that is a policy. I do not even care that I did not get the pre-order. It is the fact that there is no accountability and they give false information here.

My friend had recently bought a PS4 and I wanted to pickup some games for him. Cecilia was super friendly and helpful. She gave me a few recommendations and helped me pick out a great game for my friend. I really appreciated her help and had a great experience. Thanks again! :)

after visiting this location earlier today, my boyfriend, my sister and i left disappointed to say the least. my boyfriend purchased trading cards on two transactions. the person cashing him out told him for the cards he’s limited to two transactions within one business day which makes sense… for cards. i was in line waiting to purchase a lego set while my sister was browsing and looking to purchase a game for her system. the woman at the register told us because my boyfriend already made two transactions today that our group was not allowed to purchase anything else in the store. even though he purchased the trading cards with HIS money and i was willing to pay for the lego set with MY own money. i told my sister to put the games back because they weren’t going to let us purchase them. didnt make sense to me as it’s two different items and she stated it was because of their store policy. after more research there’s nowhere online stating anything about making multiple transactions for different items other than trading cards. how unfortunate for them to lose business that way. this is like going online and making multiple purchases on the same website, so why isn’t this available for in store purposes? if it was indeed a store policy, they should at least put a sign on their door lol.
