GameStop - 0043 - North Star Mall

Genuinely what is going on at this location? Rude associates told me that they didn't have the product I was looking for after another store told me they did. That store called this location on the phone to check with them while I stood there. When I arrived at this location, they first called the other store a liar, and then changed their story telling me that it was an inventory error. Get your act together Northstar and don't try to shift the blame to another location.

I had a wonderful experience at GameStop North Star Mall thanks to *Abigail*. I knew absolutely nothing about video games, so I was the go-between for my adult son, who lives in Mexico, and Abigail. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different games, controllers, and accessories. What I appreciated most was that she never tried to push a sale. Instead, she listened, gave honest recommendations, and genuinely wanted to help us make the best choices. My son understood exactly what she was recommending, and I know he's going to be very happy with his purchase. Abigail's outstanding customer service was truly appreciated. She made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Thank you, Abigail!

I ordered a new game through the GameStop website. It arrived opened. I initiated a return online and it said to bring the item to a GameStop store. The employee at this store told me he will not accept the item because the order said new and the item was not sealed. I explained the situation and he told me he has no way to verify that and will not accept my return due to “corporate policy”. I asked him if there’s a number I could call and he told me there is but will tell me the same thing he is telling me because it’s “corporate policy”. I called the customer service number and they are now initiating a replacement for their mistake. So the employee who refused to help me stating “corporate policy” is clearly misinformed. Long story short is to just call the customer service number if you have an issue with your online order. I’m rating one star for this store and not the GameStop as a whole. **EDIT** I should have looked up reviews prior to choosing this store for my return. Long hair dude was very condescending towards me and that is definitely the trend for his poor attitude and behavior.

Andrea was so nice. She was able to get my son‘s PSA cards before his test 30 minutes before opening. She didn’t have to do that but she was nice enough to do it for us to get us to his test on time. Thank you so much Andrea you’re awesome. I highly recommend this location. Great customer service.

It was fun and quaint game stop in the mall I love the staff there friendly and they seem happy given there personality show through there professionalism. It was refreshing in a place I didn't expect. Be warned I don't know if ill be fixed there's a odd continuous ringing staff has mentioned they cant find whats causing it. God bless them I would of gone crazy.
