I did not like my experience in this store one second. And I wish I had seen the reviews first. Watch out. The owner likes to fight his customers on their honest reviews. Instead of wasting your time doing that why don’t you actually go do something productive around your store? Or hire more suitable workers, perhaps? This all gives your company a bad rep.

I Have bought from a few times and the cards are always priced fairly. But this last I went in I checked out an Umbreon & Darkrai Tag team card I looked at the price and figured the card would be in mint condition. Upon further inspection the card condition was moderately played and priced as a mint copy of $225, a Moderately played copy is $83 as current market. I asked the employee who was super understanding about the issue and knew the card wasn’t the cleanest nor the most mint looking card. He had told me if I wanted to see if the manager was cool with lowering the price, I put down my information and waited for the managers response. Where he wouldn’t lower the price but by $25. I argued I’m not paying $200 for a card that is worth $83 in that condition. He didn’t seem to care and stayed firm on his $200. Any one shopping at this location should make sure their prices are reasonable and fair for the card. Sucks that this ruined my experience with this shop and I’ll be happy to spend my money elsewhere.

I walked in here last week expecting terrible service after reading previous reviews. I was honestly shocked by how nice they were. I brought some very high end pokemon cards to sell. And though we couldnt make a deal they ended up giving me advice on were i could go too sell these. Special thanks to the taller guy for mentioning the card show this past weekend it was a good call!

"Worst service. Walked in to no greeting. One employee literally just feet up behind the counter playing a steam deck. I’ve been so countless card shops and have never seen that ever before. The selection and prices are fair at minimum. But the custom service, forget about it. Go to a different store. You are better off getting better customer service at a GameStop." Joshua left this review a few months ago, and no kidding, this happened to me TODAY... haha, it's baffling how this store is even open? How does it survive with crap like this going on? Where are they hiring people from? I shall never return.

The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable about the games, cards, and other items they sell. I don't feel belittled or patronized for asking what might seem like "common knowledge questions" to more seasoned gamers. Friendly atmosphere and they offer a space for groups to come in and play. Would highly recommend!
