I love this store. We traveled from Dubuque, Iowa to Schaumburg for my grandmas celebration of life today and this store made a dark day super bright. I walked in to just check out the tcg section and see what the store had to offer. I’m sorry in advance I already forgot the names of the employees but I struck up a conversation with the older gentleman working and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We got to talking about certain tcgs and he got me some information about upcoming releases i didn’t even know about! I recently started playing in Dubuque and i can say 100% in future pre release tournaments I’ll be making the drive to spend my time here at gamers world. After a great conversation i decided i wanted to support the store and bought a booster box. The employees included some pre release tourney packs that they had left over for my son and it made his whole day! After I left with my family we came back into say thank you again before leaving and we all introduced ourselves to each other. Long speech but 10/10 store overall. I will be back 100% thank you again to all three employees for making me and my family’s day better. K

Honestly you would think someone who is working with the public would be nicer. Homie was standing like he never spoke to women in his life. Stand crossing arms with his stomach out. Looked really mad that we were asking for cards. The first thing I said when I got out was “this place sucks” I did buy cards but it was like would I come back. Nah. I wouldn’t recommend it either.

I was new to TCG. Many local shops are not friendly to newbies. This store though truly works and breathes outstanding service. AJ would always answer my questions whenever I come in. I can confidently say I’m coming back to the shop as much as I can thanks to AJ and team. They really make me feel welcome and excited to buy more cards. All card shops can learn a thing or two from this store and from AJ!

Not a large selection of products. They were selling sealed products over the market price and when I asked them if the prices were negotiable, they said that they weren’t since everything that was there was market price. Also, came in to sell some Pokémon cards, then says “you can’t use store credit to buy sealed products” why is that so. I have been to hundreds of card shops and none of them have said that ridiculous rule before.

Decent selection of toys and board games. I think they recently moved into where American Eagle used to be and the store looks nice and has a decent play space. Unfortunately products I wanted were at or above market so that's a no go for me. They need to revisit how and or how often they update their pricing. There was also no one at the front desk when I arrived which was awkward.
