I wanna start by saying that I like the store. They actually had the game I was looking for. I got the last copy! The reason I'm leaving a one star review is 100% the customer service. I bought two games and when I went to pay, she said that if I used a credit card, they charge an extra 4%. That's fine, I guess. I've seen that at other stores. She recommended using a debit card. I pulled up my debit card on Apple Pay and right after the transaction went through. She said that because I used Apple Pay it would run as credit anyway and I still got charged the extra 4%. When I asked to redo the transaction with the physical card, she said there is no way to do a refund and that she told me that would happen. The fact that she didn't inform me that no matter what card I used through Apple Pay it would always charge the 4% until after I had already paid was crazy. I had my debit card in my wallet, but Apple Pay is easier. The only thing she mentioned was that if I use the credit card, it would charge the 4%. It was only a couple dollars difference, which is no big deal, but not only did I not use my credit card which gives me cash back, I used my debit card and still got charged the 4%. Then when I asked to redo the transaction, she blamed it on me. She kept complaining about being the only one working that day, which is fair. But on the other hand, there were only three customers in the store at the time and two of them were browsing. The solution would have been saying, "No matter what card you use through Tap to Pay, it will charge the 4%. Do you have a physical card?" Not, "It will charge an extra 4% if you use a credit card." You have to get better at explaining and definitely don't blame the other person when you messed up. Your store helped because I wanted the game today, but I will never come back again, and best believe that I am pushing other people away from visiting your store. The girl who worked on Sunday, August 30th is the reason.

This store is fantastic. I really only play magic but it's really hard to find a store that allows you sift through bulk to find cards you need for example you can't go to a store that only takes orders to find a bunch of dual lands you have to order them by name but idk the freakin names of all the lands I need lol sometimes it's best to look through cards and find a bunch of them that you didn't even know you needed. They have things organized by a lot of different categories as well which is helpful. This place has a huge selection on different types of sleeves too, usually you don't see that so that's nice. It's a hassle trying to order sleeves online when I can drive 10 minutes to get literally any color. Prices are really good you'd be surprised..if you ever get the chance to hit this place up it's great, one of my favorite spots I go to and will definitely continue to shop there. :)

Store owner's demeanor screams a lack of passion. And more often than anything if standoff'ish. Personally if you're only in the business purely for money, then hire some friendly floor folks, and stay out of the store, have a hands off approach, and let them build your customer base. Various other Card store's have also noted the negative atmosphere, and sheer unprofessional behavior.

This store is awesome; it brought back so many old memories. The gentleman that was here today was awesome and full of spirit and helped out myself and my kids with their purchases. Definitely coming back.

When I was stationed at Stewart, I had nothing but good interactions at Gamers Only. The staff were always very friendly, and more than willing to help me find what I needed. The best example of such was when I was looking for a particular rare (if not just hard to find) Nintendo 64 game, StarCraft 64. When I asked the owner/Employee(?) about it, he looked it up and said he had one at their other store (which is in South Carolina I believe). Unfortunately, I never could find the time to travel north to get it myself, but they were more then willing to bring it back with them the next time they came back to Hinesville. Sure enough a few weeks later, I got a call that he had it in the store and it was ready to be picked up. I was very thankful, as it's a spotlight in my collection, and one of my favorite games to show off when I'm showing my collection to someone, since so few people know Blizzard actually did port SC1 to Nintendo 64. Anyways, I digress. This is a wonderful place to be if you're looking for something old, new, or if you're a collector or even a casual player looking to spice things up. They have a wide variety of stock to choose from, and offer pretty good prices. Couldn't recommend this place enough. I still have that game by the way. Even though it absolutely sucks to play on N64, I'm still very proud to own it.
