I have been trying to get a refund for six months on a product I ordered from them online, a product they admitted that do not have. They do not check their emails, they do not answer the phone, the only time I was able to get them to respond was by leaving a bad review in the past. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they are not even trying to get me my refund. As others have also mentioned, they push the blame to Shopify and do nothing. People seem to enjoy the store in person, but do not do online business with them. There is a good chance that you will get scammed.

We had the pleasure of being involved in a weekend long game convention hosted at Gamer's Loot this past weekend and had an absolute blast! Yes, the store allowed our gaming community to invade and play games at their tables while we raised money for a local charity. The store itself has a lot of gaming space, and product only covering about half the store (I think, if I'm off on the actual square footage, my apologies). So there is space to gather with friends, and play games, and this is the intention of the owner, Matt. Oh, and he let (and helped) us rearrange the tables several times to fit our needs. I've had many good conversations with him about the store, gaming in general, and specific products. When I was looking for something and he didn't have it in stock, he usually let me know within a minute or two how fast he can get in, or if I'd be better off getting it online. Yeah, he really tries making players happy instead of just raking in every last penny he can. I've always enjoyed gaming and shopping here and look forward to being back again often. I'd like to see more variety in the snacks selection, but that's not nearly as important to me as having space to play, and the Pathfinder products I'm looking for. Game on!

I only come for the cat. Other than that. The store is the most Baron store ever. I see the same products on the shelf, never anything new. Promotes MTG and Pokemon products but barely have any cards in their display or binder, not even bulk. 3D printed items seem to be the only thing that gets updated in the store. Doesn't have any other trading card brands in store. Store doesn't seem to be kept clean floors are kinda messy and boxes occasionally. Front desk is unorganized. There are better stores in the mall that seem to have a verity of items that maybe this store should take note of.

My LGS of choice for the Indianapolis area. The owners Matt and Shelby are super nice and helpful, the events hosted at the store are fun, and the community they're trying to foster is great. I've played TCGs and tabletop games in a bunch of game stores over the years in at least 5 states. Gamer's Loot is tied for my favorite game store I've ever played at. I've been frequenting them for nearly two years, both at their previous location inside the mall and their current location along the outside of the same mall; I've never had a bad experience here. No store is absolutely perfect, but the environment here is laid back, prices fair, and the people, both employees and players/patrons, are wonderful. If you're looking for a table for a TTRPG or a place to learn or play TCGs, give Gamer's Loot a shot.

Read previous reviews and am in agreement with many. I’m glad they’re trying to build a community here and have more space to do so but please clean up a bit? It’s really off putting to walk into dirty floors, boxes everywhere, disorganization, and just icky feeling. Seemed like they didn’t have some of the basics for DND even. We at least were greeted when we came in. I hope the owner is feeling better than that after the busy holiday season they can get more time towards cleaning and organizing and making the store more presentable.
