I do love the store and its great, there are many good workers there. but the mother there would be more rude and some times I feel judged. and you can’t just report someone as a false clam because you don’t like there statement, if 3 different people say that some of the staff or the mom are rude it’s a sign. but you do got some good workers and I like that I can finally get pokemon somewhere and the prices are nice .please take this as a chance to maybe talk to your worker please and don’t take any of this as a insult.

We love supporting local businesses and we love our local game store!!! My husband and I love playing games but have had a hard time finding time to get together with friends who love games as much as us with our little kids. gamecraft has had a really large selection of fun and strategic TWO PLAYER games that have made our stay at home date nights a blast! We also love talking to the owner and her family. Great business!

I have gone to this game store frequently for pokemon tournaments and Pre-releases . The people there are really good and understanding. the prices might be a little higher than other game stores, but there aren't any others in there area, so It makes sense. I have had a really good experience at tournaments here. The prerelease are actually available for me to go to! Tanks for such an awesome time!

I love this store so much! They are always so kind and generous with me and my partner. We have been going here for a while now and every time we come they have always been super awesome. Letting us take all the time in the world to wander around and look at their bulk cards. Answering questions when we have them in a polite and professional way. I love having this local and small business here. They support other small creators around our town to help them grow as well and I love that so much. I love supporting all of my local artists and creators in my community, so this store giving me that opportunity to do so is amazing!! They will always have my business!! Thank you for being amazing!

I am truely saddened to have to write this, but the store is not worth visiting. The owner (Kaya) had a very different vibe and kindness when they first opened, and now her elderly mother runs the store and is often rude and abrasive. I’ve seen her disrespect other guests in the past, and today she was very rude to me for being surprised that they had a change in their policy regarding trade-ins. Their very high prices used to be tolerable because of the kindness and friendliness of the store, but I cannot in good faith recommend it anymore. You’re better off visiting GameGrid Saratoga, or GameGrid Lehi.
