I had a very disappointing experience at this store. Upon entering, I was met with rude and unprofessional customer service. When I attempted to make a purchase, an employee informed me that I was not allowed to buy anything because of a negative review I had left after a previous visit. Instead of addressing my concerns or trying to improve the customer experience, I was told not to shop there and to take my business elsewhere. Refusing service solely because a customer left an honest review is extremely unprofessional and speaks poorly of how this business handles feedback. Customers should be treated with respect, even when they have concerns or criticisms. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.

Would give it 0 stars if I could, my Fiance and I bought a switch, the boy behind the counter, didn’t make us aware that the switch was completely broken. Got home tried to charge the switch, did not turn on after 30 minutes of it charging, left it on the charger all night still wouldn’t charge, went to go and return it and they refused to give us a refund, did not tell us ahead of time about the return policy(not posted anywhere either) until the receipt was printed and the item was already purchased. Asked if they could call the manager or owner of the store so we could speak to them and the boy said “he can’t do that.” Terrible customer service, and just people trying to scam others. Will not be going back for anything and I highly advise other to do the same. Update: Issue has been resolved. Sebastian showed kindess and compassion over the matter. I was able to get a cash refund on this situation.

I’ve been a part of the local Pokémon TCG community for years, and I have never encountered a shop that treats its customers with such utter contempt. * **Predatory Pricing:** They don't follow MSRP, which is one thing, but they actively price-gouge based on TCGplayer market prices *plus* a massive "convenience" tax. If a card or pack spikes in demand overnight, they will literally pull stock off the shelves to relabel it with a higher price tag. * **Awful Trade-In Values:** They take advantage of younger kids and newer players who don't know any better. I watched the person behind the counter offer a kid less than 20% value on an incredibly rare alt-art card, claiming it was "damaged" when it was pack-fresh. It's predatory, plain and simple. *Abysmal Customer Service:* The staff acts like you are a massive inconvenience to their day just for existing. Ask a question about stock? You get an eye roll. Ask to see a card in the display case? Prepare for heavy sighing. They save all their enthusiasm for their "inner circle" of friends who hang out behind the counter blocking the registers. A good local card shop should lift up the community, not bleed it dry. Do yourself a favor and buy your singles online or support a shop out of town that actually cares about the hobby and its players. **Avoid at all costs.** Realy wish I could put 0 stars.

Not a beginner friendly experience Employee was rude I was excited to make my first commander deck in MTG, I looked up some of the cards online and went in store to see if they had any or I could fill out a list. I informed the gentleman wearing glasses and hoodie that it was my first time, and I knew almost nothing about building the deck. He was really condescending, rude, and pompous to me and also scoffed loudly across the store with another customer when I said I didn't know what set a certain card was from. I really wanted to get more into MTG at my local shop and expand my collection, but I will buy online and I recommend any other new players or beginners do the same.

I ordered a single Yu-Gi-Oh card (Reinforcement of the Army, 1st Edition, lightly played) from this seller on TCGPlayer.com for $33.51 USD ($24.52 for the card and $8.99 for shipping). When the card arrived, it was significantly off-center and did not meet my expectations. I contacted the seller to request a return and asked if they would also cover the return shipping cost. They declined and stated they would only refund the original $33.51 USD. Since tracked shipping would have cost me around $20 CAD, I sent the card back via regular mail instead. It has now been almost two months, and the seller claims they still have not received the return. I’ve ordered many single cards from many stores from TCGPlayer, and this is the first time I’ve encountered an issue like this, particularly with a seller unwilling to cover return shipping under these circumstances. I would recommend being cautious and considering other sellers when ordering online.
