The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable, we've been coming here pretty frequently and I have to say its our new favorite spot to be at. KIN was amazing helping out me and my husband finding cards for our deck. Don't forget to try their Boba too! The dragonite & mewtwo are absolutely delicious 😋

Outstanding place for tabletop and card gaming that offers a bar style coffee and drink service. The bar offers a broad and creative selection of drinks certain to have something you will enjoy. The café area allows for bringing in your own food, provided it stays in the café area. Whether you are a serious gamer or a young protégé new to gaming, you will find a welcoming and safe atmosphere.

Visited GameOn again today with my 11-year-old son, and unfortunately had the same experience we’ve had before. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, despite staff standing nearby chatting with each other. When I asked for prices on cards (since prices weren’t posted), no one responded at first, and eventually one employee slowly came over without saying a word. What bothered me most was the interaction with my son. Instead of simply telling him the price, the employee responded with “well that’s expensive, it’s Pokémon Center” in a dismissive tone. My son actively plays and collects Pokémon cards and honestly knows more about the hobby than many adults. Kids deserve basic respect too. Also, while my son is the collector, I’m the customer paying for the products. The attitude from staff made it feel like we were inconveniencing them by asking basic questions before spending money there. After leaving, we went to another local card shop and purchased the same ETB for over $500 without issue. The difference in customer service and overall atmosphere was night and day. I understand card shops get busy and everyone has off days, but customer service and atmosphere matter — especially in hobby spaces that are supposed to feel welcoming to families and younger collectors. Employees are a reflection of the business, and the overall vibe here has consistently felt unwelcoming. There are plenty of other local card shops that are friendly, helpful, and happy to engage with customers. Respect is free, and we’ll be choosing to spend our money and time elsewhere. Including card show purchases.

Johnathan and Storm are absolutely amazing. We come here to hunt for pokemon cards with our kids. They always make sure the kids find something special and find something we love to take home. 10/10 great family atmosphere, great customer service from the entire staff, great merchandise and a great card and hobby shop (I got the absolute coolest gengar shirt from here). Check them out!!

We really enjoyed Game On! Their store is uniquely designed and not like most we go to. We enjoyed the wide array of products, the exceptionally large area for game play and for looking through their large bulk collection, and the their drinks were absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend stopping in if you've never been before. Between the wonderful staff and the design layout you won't be disappointed.
