Went in to buy palworld tcg when it released, staff was super friendly and easy to talk to and didn't pester us while looking around. Nice clean store. Will be coming back

Knowledgable staff and a great selection of board games. I've shopped here multiple times and every time I get one of the staff members to help me pick a new board game for different scenarios. Whether it's 2 person board games for me and my wife to play or party games for friends who don't enjoy 4x games they've helped me find loads of great games I'd never heard of before.

They offered me $3 on a Neo Discovery Houndoom. Double check your market prices on ebay and TCGplayer when interacting here. Check out other trading card stores like Next Level or something, it's crazy in this shop. The employees are rude and do not budge on unfair pricing either. Update: i don't know what the owner is talking about. This was not my situation. I am not a man. The owner is obviously rude and doesn't get facts straight about customer service issues and left such an unpleasant response that was not relevant to me. The owner has openly slandered me now, so thank GOD I won't be back here, and so many others won't too 🥰😍

went in to see if they had a magic single i was looking for, and when i asked the staff member working they told me i need to call in when looking for singles. it was 2pm on a tuesday and literally no other customer was in there, is it really that hard to look for a single card instead of scrolling on your phone? i'd get it if i went in looking for 5+ cards, but for just one when it's slow is absolutely wild only giving two stars instead of one since there's another worker that's pretty nice

I went in today to try to return my pokémon trading game with the receipt and fully wrapped and untouched. They denied it because they had problems in the past that customers return their products with some stuff missing. I will never shop at that place again.
