Great Store! Joe was kind and exuberant with my enthusiastic son and I was happy to come back and sneak an addition to my other son's army that I was having a hard time finding. Excellent selection and atmosphere! Can't recommend highly enough.

I had a very disappointing experience at Game On. I created a card list and, when I didn’t have enough money for everything, I understood that some items needed to be put back—that wasn’t the issue. What was upsetting was how the situation was handled. Instead of speaking to me calmly and respectfully, the two employees working that day chose to raise their voices and scold me in front of the entire store. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I don’t live in town, so visiting the store already takes effort. Being treated this way made the experience feel like a waste of time. My friends witnessed the whole interaction and were just as upset, and we’ve all agreed we won’t be returning. Because of this experience, you’ve lost three loyal customers—we’ll be taking our business to Saginaw instead.

EVERY TIME my girlfriend and I have gone in there this one big tall man in his late 40’s with glasses (don’t know his name) gives us dirty looks and sometimes has straight up REFUSED to answer questions or played dumb, driving us away every single time. The only thing that makes me want to give more than one star is the other staff who have always asked if we need anything or answered questions we had, but unfortunately, this one employee makes my girlfriend and I far too uncomfortable to want to shop and support our local LGS.

Great gaming store, carry popular TCG names, D&D books, Warhammer figures, collectibles, video games and more. Staff is always very kind and knowledgeable. Also, fair prices, which is helpful and appreciated when other card shops tend to raise prices beyond what is reasonable.
