Game Haven Willowbrook Mall

Been there a couple times to browse the Pokemon cards with my girlfriend. It's pretty neat and tidy in there, making the experience all much better. Owner is really nice, and it's fun talking to him. Every purchase i've made has been pretty good. I mostly like to buy cards on display and maybe some regular cards in the trays, and the prices have been good. Nothing has been overpriced, and you also get points for discounts as you buy. I haven't been there in a while but i'll definitely be pulling up again soon and have a good time browsing cards and talking to the owner!

Horrible customer experience. The “owner” who didn’t want to give me his name needs to learn how to interact with customers. Raising his voice and treating potential buyers poorly over a discussion of a product. He needs to go to anger management classes or don’t interact with customers period! Several other customers have had bad experiences with this guy and I hope the mall director puts mine and everyone else’s complaint in their folder when it comes to renewing their lease.

Nice store, very clean and organized, great layout. Friendly worker (owner?) behind the counter, easy to talk to and nice to my daughter! Highly recommend if you are in the area!

I come here with my kids every few weeks to have them go through the raw boxes out on the tables. This is one of the only places we've found that gives us a fair deal and also has the best variety. We will continue to come back as regulars. I appreciate the positive atmosphere and fun we have each time we visit.

Great store! My boyfriend and I were able to sell our PS3 and Xbox 360 here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had fun chatting with Steph, Charlie, and Chance. Thank you for making our experience there so wonderful 😊
