This shop has a large selection. The products the sell are all at or very close to MSRP. The employees are helpful and are almost always accommodating. There are rare occasions when they are busy and take care of the customer in front of them, but I would expect that from anyone providing good customer service. This place is one of 2 local shops that I purchase TCG's from regularly. I appreciate the people who run Game Grid in Ogden, they are good people!

I literally walked in and they weren’t that busy and the bald guy that “was helping me” decided chatting with his friends and bs-ing was more important than helping me spend a bunch of money on cards…. So i left and I’ll go to a different store.. don’t recommend coming to this game grid. New location does not equal great time or service.

Really cool store, the owner is very nice and will often spend time chatting with you. There's lots of tables and open space, cool events. Most of the staff and customers are very amicable. I like that the owner prioritizes the people who play in store rather than random scalpers.

Been nothing but a nice experience when I’ve visited or used their tables to play Commander with friends. Owner is prompt to email back if you have questions or you send Him a card list for mtg singles. New location is spacious as well! Happy to have this as my FLGS and hope to participate in events in the future

I have played Magic the Gathering for many years. I was able to E-mail lists and request them to be filled for pickup. This really streamlined my visits and prevented me from making my family and friends begrudgingly wait for long periods when I would go inside shops previously to look for my lists. The staff is friendly and has been fairly courteous to me in all of our interactions, even when I came for my first visit. On a personal note, after doing this a few times, I was extremely comfortable with the process. We had a very tough year and unfortunate family circumstances, so a list I had intended to have filled and pick up had sat for a bit longer than expected. They were exceptionally kind, underhandeding, and honored the original price quoted. I had sworn that they may quietly restocked the cards and continued business as usual. However, they reached out later and we completed the transaction. After having a rough 2025, this ended my year on a positive note and I thank them for the understanding and consideration.
