GAME EMPIRE

Had an amazing experience here. Just stopped in for fun to look around Nice selection and the owners are so warm, helpful, and funny! They took the time to show us how to play four different games they recommended which were very fun and we ended up leaving with two of them. The space is nice and open. I appreciated that they gave us space to look while also being available for questions. We will definitely be coming back :-)

We played in the Pokémon prerelease event. Thank you for accommodating us, even though we were a little late arriving! My son and I had a blast!

We recently came in to sell our Pokémon cards and were understanding that the offer might not be what we were hoping for. The employee told us she needed more time to price our collection, so we left and came back later after she had finished. What left us completely dumbfounded was that when we returned, we were told there would be an appraisal fee if we chose not to sell the cards. This was never mentioned before she started pricing our collection or before we agreed to leave the cards with her. Had we known there would be a fee, we could have decided whether we wanted to move forward. Instead, we felt blindsided and backed into paying a fee we never agreed to upfront. It honestly felt like we were taken advantage of because the charge wasn’t disclosed until after the appraisal was already completed. On top of that, the customer service wasn’t very welcoming. During our transaction, the employee answered a phone call in the middle of helping us, which felt unprofessional and made us feel like our business wasn’t a priority. Transparency and communication are important, especially when customers are trusting you with valuable collectibles. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we won’t be returning or recommending this store.

Awesome TCG shop! I stopped in looking for vintage base set Pokémon cards and was pleasantly surprised by both the selection and the prices. I ended up hanging out for quite a while just browsing through everything. The lady who was helping with the Pokémon cards was absolutely awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions without any pressure. Great experience all around, and I’ll definitely be back for more vintage pickups!

I came in today for EB 03 and bought a couple of packs to rip in store. I ended up pulling a banger, and the employee kindly gave me a penny sleeve and top loader right away, which I really appreciated. I have been buying here for quite some time now, and everyone has always been nice to me. I usually call ahead to check prices and stock before I come in, and they are always happy to let me know, which is awesome. I will definitely be back.
