The workers there are not polite especially Daniel, they have an attitude whenever you try to asking for help, and just are always un-interested in helping when they have too. I do not recommend this store cause it's not friendly or inviting in any way. You walk in and the energy immediately feels like they don't want you there. Really sad to see a good store fall so low in quality.

This store is my go-to location for all things gaming related. I've spent hundreds of dollars here and have never had a problem getting what I needed. The reason for the review now is I recently had an issue with a Warhammer purchase where an entire sprue was missing from the sealed box. After some back and forth with Games Workshop, Game Den stepped up and resolved the issue from one email interaction. I should have just gone to them first!

Long time ago I bought a deck of magic cards and the dye went through and a specific card he saw he said was trash and told me he'd trade me one for me. Be never have played said okay and come to find out it was a limited edition and he traded me a piece of crap hyping it up. BUYER BEWARE!

It says something that almost everybody I know in my local TCG circles has had a negative experience at this store. The store hours are hilariously dumb, staff is often rude and apathetic, and I have heard next to nothing good about organized play at this store (reactionary DQs, rude judges, unwelcoming atmosphere). The few times I've had the displeasure of having to search for cards here have yielded nothing but pissy attitudes or reluctant service. I'm astonished this place has stayed standing as long as it has with such consistently poor service, horror stories from locals, and goofy operational hours. I'd rather shop on TCGPlayer than walk in here.

Mainly one star because the worker who has a beard is a jerk. From what I can see from other reviews, they agree. Any time you ask a question, he’s demeaning and will straight up not respond to what you ask sometimes. When I stated i didn’t know there was a sign up code, he insulted me with backhanded comments about me not paying attention. Would NOT recommend coming to this store. I wouldn’t even give it one star. If you want more customers, fire this guy and hire someone who wants to be engaged with the community. As for the single prices, they’re alright, but stores like Frisson gaming just down the street are much better and they’re much more welcoming! Recommend that shop 5/5
