Super delicious drinks and friendly staff!

Really enjoyed my experience at Gacha Boba! The drinks were really good, especially the boba — fresh, chewy, and not overly sweet. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Everything was made fresh and the quality definitely stood out. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend to anyone looking for good boba and a nice place to hang out.

The owner and staff is friendly and great! The games are super easy to win and I always walk out with prizes! I love coming here and the Thai tea is amazing

New crane machine arcade with boba in casselberry Florida. Was I stalking this place daily waiting for it to open? MAYBE. Machines work great. We won four plushies. Machines aren’t rigged like some other places. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Glad they're here, plan to return, and hope they stay; but as a local, I was honestly a bit disappointed. I was waiting for them to open for over a year, only to find out they didn't even so much as redo the flooring or have a proper menu printed. I'm confused why it took them so long to open when it looks like all they did was set up the tables and machines in that time. I went right after opening on their first day, they weren't really doing anything special to celebrate the grand opening except giving out little candies and coin pouches. I found out later they started a raffle after I left even though I was there for about an hour, and felt kind of left out, but the prizes were very lackluster anyway. I'm still very excited they're open and plan to return often since they're only a block away from me and I love boba and trinkets, but I waited SO LONG and was so excited, I guess my expectations were too high going into it.
