We pride ourselves in customer service by focusing on diligently fostering our gaming community through events, contests, and providing a high level service in our store. We are a WPN premium store who works closely with WOTC running local RCQ’s. And we have been a great brand ambassador for all of the companies with work with. We do this by exceeding expectations of bars that have been set for us metric wise, and by also paying close attention to detail when it comes to our customer’s needs/wants from a service standpoint. Our main focuses are on the Pokémon tcg, MTG, and board games at the moment. And we are very excited for the opportunity to welcome Lorcana into our store so we are able to provide our customers with the opportunity to play the game they’ve been waiting for as well having the support from us for all of the needs surrounding it.
