From the Vault Games

This place was difficult to find, sandwiched between a smoke shop & another business, the only way we found it was by a banner in the window. We are in town each yr for a local festival, & have a local game shop which we usually visit. This yr, we found that that shop has permanently closed. We stopped in at The Vault on a Friday afternoon, hoping to patronize another local business during our stay. Unfortunately, what we found were a shelf of boxed games, faded from facing the sunlit window for who knows how long, and few options for board type, 2-player games. We would have purchased SOMETHING, if it hadn't been for the complete disregard to mine & my husband's presence in the store. Being the ONLY people in the store besides the employee behind the counter, it would've been nice to have been acknowledged SOMEHOW. The employ leaned on the counter, staring at us & NEVER SAID A WORD, not even a hello. He wasn't busy, wasn't on his phone, wasn't distracted, he just simply was doing NOTHING. We left empty- handed and won't return. This wasn't even poor customer service as THERE WAS NO SERVICE OF ANY KIND. Don't waste your time trying to find this place. It won't be worth your time.

The worker was very helpful and found the cards I was looking for very quickly has a friendly environment

I have traveled out here 3 separate times during the business hours listed on the door and on Google. Each time, they were closed. It seems like the hours posted mean nothing and it’s been extremely disappointing to spend 45 minutes in the car just for the door to be locked. If this business has closed permanently, please update this online!

Tried to rip me off of Dark Magician support that I wanted to trade in. Tried giving me $50 for a DMoD, a Timeaus, two lordy lords, two primative dragons, a drill beam and a roar.

Great selection of MTG. Found some great cards I have been on the hunt for. Good prices too
