Such a great resale Pokemon toy store! The selection is impressive, tons of cards, figures, and collectibles, both new and hard-to-find. Everything was well organized and easy to browse, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. You can tell they really care about Pokemon and their customers. Prices were fair, especially for a resale shop. Whether you’re a serious collector or just shopping for a kid, this place is definitely worth checking out! They also have some signed Taylor swift items !!!

Staff in general is so rude. They always seem upset to be there and when you ask simple questions like if they have an item in stock it’s met with eye rolls and irritation. I’m the type to shrug things off and assume it’s just a bad day but my next visit was just the same. Very odd to run a store based around fun to only seem like you hate being there. Good stock, pricing can range from decent to way overpriced. I would love to pop in and buy more in the future but I can’t see myself continuing to support bad business.

Blatant lies and rude customer service. I like supporting local business's and we can all honestly just buy things on Amazon (for cheaper) and I had intended to spend a lot of money here. I left a review stating that after asking if they have any more Gundam kits the worker tells me simply "in the window area" he says nothing else such as "we need to grab them for you" because I am a respectful person from a military family, and would have let them grab them for me if I had known that. The owner comes and responds to my other review saying his worker told me that area is off-limits (which is 100% false). Instead of owning your mistakes on poor customer service, you get upset. He also calls me "entitled". I owned my mistake after learning that area was off-limits, and moved everything back as it was with no harm done. I was unaware the window area was off-limits and then asked him if I could see the item after he told me (with an attitude). He then grabbed it for me, which I appreciate. I went ahead and read through a lot of your low reviews and almost all of them (there are a lot) are all citing rude workers, weird. Almost like you guys are the problem. You lost a good customer and I will make it my mission to make sure everyone knows not to go to your store simply because of how you handled this, so hope you enjoy your 3.8 rating slowly ticking away.

TLDR: Staff is chill and funny, shop is cool, Pokemon stuff is abundant, seems like a positive environment despite what other reviews say. I just got back to my partner’s place and wanted to type up this review (this shop has the honor of getting my first review)! I had a great time at this shop after my brother recommended I come check it out. I was a little nervous because of the reviews online so I went in with my guard up mainly because 1, I’m a blonde girl walking into a “guys” shop, and 2, I was alone and don’t normally go to the mall. First, the two guys behind the counter Julian and Garret, were super nice. I over heard them talking about one of their master sets and how Julian (I think) was helping him complete one. I found a few cute cards including a promo from the 151 UPC I was looking for (I’m a broke girlie and I don’t want to buy a whole UPC for a pretty mew), and their prices are actually pretty fair. $55 compared to $51.90 if I bought online isn’t that bad of a difference especially if there’s shipping, I would be probably paying the same with tax and shipping. I was a little confused about their shop hours online because I saw that it didn’t line up with the mall ours and I asked both of them to see what their answers were and it was just honestly the realest thing I’ve ever heard. Basically they put it as that they’re privately owned and their boss doesn’t want to overwork everyone there. Which, dunno who the boss is, but good job! Honestly it makes me wonder how someone can have a bad experience here when the two guys I met were so nice. I definitely recommend checking them out.
