I’m a Pokémon collector and I’ve visited this shop a few times but unfortunately I haven’t had a positive experience yet. The store owner or employee, Jeremy I believe (bearded guy), always seems to be in a bad mood. Whenever you ask for help, he seems bothered. When I wanted to check out a few single cards, he wouldn’t let me take them out of their sleeve and he wouldn’t do it for me either. How could you buy any cards when you can’t even inspect them? I was ready to spend some money but instead I ended up disappointed and walked away. Terrible customer service. I’ve also visited the store during its posted hours, only to find it closed, which makes their hours of operation quite inconsistent. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

I came in with a bunch of old cards and they traded me up to new stuff so I could play. Decent community at first blush. When I told them I was collecting certain cards they pulled an ETB from the back they hadn't been intending on selling and sold it to me because it featured a Fennekin. Great group and decent space. I'm bad with crowds but never really felt too crowded.

What a fun little Card shop this was. I had Jeremy from the store helped me today because I was working on my Pokemon collection and he was most helpful. Plenty of space they have a really great selection of cards and pricing was more than fair! Will definitely be coming back and I have a ton of cards I need to trade. I’ve heard great things about how they go about trading as well. Happy to be a new customer :) Thank you, Fire and Dice!

I’ve been wanting to check out this card shop for weeks, finally made time to go, and the experience was straight up disappointing and disrespectful. I walked in excited, told the owner I was glad to finally be there but was a little short on time and even mentioned I had to go pick up my lady but I still came in with full intentions of spending money while I was there. I asked a simple question about buying collections and was met with sarcasm like I didn’t even belong there. From that point on, everything had an attitude asking about Pokémon, singles, supplies every question was answered with frustration, pointing, or silence. The only positive part of the visit was the other worker there, who was actually respectful, helpful, and took the time to explain things properly. That’s how customer service is supposed to be. Then it crossed the line. My 6-year-old son was leaning on the display case, and instead of speaking to me like a normal person, the owner put his hands on my child and moved him. Not once, but twice. That is completely unacceptable. You do NOT touch someone else’s child period. Say something to the parent, show some respect, handle it like a professional. What makes it even worse is I was still trying to support the business. When I asked for the “cheap” plastic sleeves and said I’d take them, I was still treated with the same attitude and then ended up getting kicked out anyway. When I addressed the situation, he tried to downplay it and then told me to leave. No accountability, no professionalism, just pure disrespect. Shops like this need to understand customers aren’t a burden. We’re the reason you’re in business. Treat people right, or don’t be surprised when they never come back and make sure others know exactly how they were treated.

New to the area and my son absolutely loved this place. Im not a Pokémon person, but he is a bit of a fanatic. He bought is first graded Pokémon card from Mr. Jeremy and is thrilled. Mr. Jeremy was so kind and helpful! Fire and Ice offer Pokémon games on Saturdays at 1. We will definitely be back.
