I brought my son’s A1 Mini 3D printer here to be repaired because an associate, Jose, assured us he knew how to fix it. After leaving it with your store, we went over a month with no updates. We called over and over again, only to get the runaround every single time. We were told things like, “He’s not here,” “I don’t know where he is in the process,” or some other excuse as to why the printer wasn’t finished. Then, after about a month and a half, Jose finally told us the printer was missing a part and that it would cost too much in labor to repair. I asked what part it needed, and ironically, I had already purchased that exact replacement part for around $60 because I suspected that was the issue. I brought the part in, and he told me it would work. A few days later, I called to check on it, and he admitted he “hadn’t gotten around to it” yet. Another month went by before we finally got a call saying it was ready. I drove all the way out there, only to find out it wasn’t ready at all. It wasn’t even fully reassembled. At that point I was beyond frustrated because I had already made multiple long trips for nothing. About two weeks later, I got another call saying it was finally ready. The next time I was able to make it to that side of town was about a month later. When I arrived, I noticed Jose literally hiding in the back while another employee brought the printer out and offered to load it into my car. When I got home and actually looked at the printer, I was shocked. It was completely broken. Screws were missing, parts had been shoved back into the machine, wires were sticking out, and it looked like it had been carelessly thrown back together. This printer may have needed a repair when I brought it in, but it was still largely intact. Now it’s completely destroyed. I am beyond disappointed. If you couldn’t repair the printer, you should have never taken it apart. Instead, you’ve returned it to me in far worse condition than when I brought it in. Jose, you should be ashamed of how this was handled. I also expect every single part and accessory that belongs to me—including the replacement part that I purchased with my own money—to be returned immediately.

Jose, the owner, is an absolutely awesome person. He helped me pinpoint the issue with my newly built PC after Micro Center had looked at it more than six times and still couldn’t determine the cause of the problem. Jose found the issue within just a few hours and provided a detailed report. I took his findings back to Micro Center, and they respected his diagnosis enough to replace all of the parts he recommended. Thanks to his expertise, my PC is finally on the right track. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and charges very fair prices. I’ll be bringing all of my computers and electronics to him from now on if I ever have any issues. Overall, an amazing business and an outstanding experience. Highly recommended!

Brought high end gaming computer in, was worried about who I could trust. Brought computer in Saturday afternoon, and was done Monday afternoon. Jose found the problem was the motherboard and we got that replaced, I also got him to upgrade my case because the one I used I wasn’t a fan of. Computer is now back and running without any issues. If I need any work done again I will be going back. I would recommend evolution gaming to anyone who needs their computer worked on.

Jose was extremely helpful with my MSI Gaming laptop issue. I had a problem with the USB hardware, and he completely fixed the issue within about 20 minutes after I had spent hours diagnosing and troubleshooting. Shop had a great vibe and I will be returning for future repair and gaming purchases
