Bought a Blu-Ray here and it worked out well. Condition was nice and playback worked. I revisited the store later and noticed they have "new" Dualshock 3 controllers, but those are most often counterfeit. I'm cautious with a store that will sell fake items.

Great place to buy games you can emulate for free hardly any good games/ retro tech, dont bother bringing anything to sell they're exchange rates highly favour the house, and quite honestly dont make any sense sometimes taking 70% or more of the margin. got offerd 30 bucks for a xbox one s because the controler had stick drift. For them to sell it for 169. only good thing here is the old gamestop artworks on the old games. It is really sad to see this place where its at, also Got offerd 20 bucks for a ds light, good gimick but its dieing and it shows. this place has turned into nothing but a joke that smells like musk. if your looking for actual fair payment this is not your place unless your trying to get your next fix. id honestly recomend gamestop before this sick excuse for an establishment whoever the new owners of this store need to get their things together. Good for people who like digital meadia like cds vinyl or even manga but seriously lacking honestly a disgrace to the resale market dont bring in cards games or anything youll get ripped more then arnold schwarzenegger.

I've shopped here quite a bit and went there often back when it was called Hastings. They have a large selection for all your Otaku needs from manga to anime collectibles, gaming consoles, video games, among other things such as toys, books, posters, movies, puzzles, etc. It's a treasure trove of randomness that I'm sure you'd find something you like. They also accept sales in case you wanted to sell some of your items such as DVD's or manga. There used to be a coffee shop within the building which was a nice added bonus but a while back it was removed unfortunately, I never got the details on why. I've never managed to go in at a time when it's calm so this location is very popular and the staff is (usually) friendly. They have a nice variety for snacks and drinks up by the registers as well when you make your way up there and fun little toys up there you can purchase. Overall it's a decent store. I found a call of duty fidget spinner to give to my man and a cute little fairy godmother voodoo doll who isn't very good at granting my wishes. 😅 So they really do have the most random things. Lots of funko pops of everything too. 😂

Prices aren’t good unless it’s a used product, and even then, things are sometimes a little high. Their used Blu-rays are where they shine: you can snag ‘em for real good prices, especially if there’s a sale on. Used books can also have some gems. Always open and check disks before purchasing or before leaving the store: they’ll buff disks with a purchase for free, and I’ve occasionally went to buy things, checked them, and found that the discs were missing. selling product to them is okay: if you l take the in store credit it’s not too bad, but if you want cash I’d say to absolutely sell on Facebook marketplace over to them, as you’ll get pennies on the dollar for the sale. Quality and cleanliness of second hand products sold wildly varies. Bathrooms are filthy. The music on the overhead is super loud, especially in the middle of the store, and it’s legitimately miserable to shop in that area of the store.

This place is incredible!!!!!! They have everything you can think of!! Past or Current they have it!!! There’s so many things to name but you’ll have to just stop it and see for yourselves!!! If you loved Hastings then this place is your go to!! Jovi is such an incredible and helpful employee!!!
