EG Collectibles LLC

My first experience here was positive during the FP1 release as I was able to obtain one box for MSRP. Ever since when I've called in to check on pricing and stock, market is what I've been told. Its sad a trading card shop scalps the community of players just as bad as the bot scalpers reselling on ebay. To their defense, they are not the only ones who do so. Hopefully they decide to change that business model and at least be fair and pick a middle ground between MSRP and market. Also, its not pleasant to find a card shop owner buying stock from the shelf of a big retailer and vending machines which again takes away from the community. I hope to see better in the future and I will once again support their business.

I've been exploring different collectible shops in the area and hadn't been here yet. Nice, clean big space for folks to play and hang out. Even have a TV to watch Pokemon related events. However, not the most welcoming atmosphere. Besides a hello, I wasn't asked if I needed any help or engaged with at all and I was literally the only customer in there. When I asked a question, I was made to feel like an idiot. I didn't really feel welcome in this store. Prices are whatever - above market for most things. I will say, they had a lot of cool cards that I wanted and they have slabs you can sift through. Just not sure it's worth returning for for prices/atmosphere.

Amazing experience with my daughter today. Staff was extremely friendly and beyond fair with pricing. Can't wait to make our next trip, I think this is our new card shop.

For a soft opening this was so well organized and welcoming! The staff is very helpful and friendly they even have Apple Pay!! Love that with my purchase I was able to enter in the raffle for a chance to win a prize- shows such appreciation for their customers and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you and hope for nothing but the best moving forward for this store!

Great customer service, if u love pokemon, yu gi oh, and funko pops this is a great place to get them from, I myself bought several pokemon packs and a couple pokemon squishmallows and I'm overall extremely happy with Mt purchases!! Will definitely be coming back again!!
