East Side Mags

Jeff and team are always super friendly and helpful. Just getting back into the habit after being away for several years has been fun but the team here has made it easy as well. Response for any changes to my pull list are always quick and the music in store is always top notch.

East Side Mags 491 Bloomfield Ave Suite 102 Montclair, NJ 07042 This locally owned comic book stores has a variety of comic books ranging in price from highly valuable to a single dollar. They also sell a variety of action figures, cards, children’s books and other memorabilia. If you are a fan of Dungeons & Dragons, this is the perfect spot for you. Owner Jeff hosts D&D parties at the back of the store. Although I currently am not in the market for any comic books, it was still a neat experience exploring this store. It is a must visit for anybody who is a hard core comic book collector in search of a particular issue. #eastsidemags #montclairnj #comicbooks

Great product selection, and a really friendly staff. Just walking into the store, you can tell there's a positive and welcoming vibe. It's probably my favorite thing about the shop! Some comic shops are a bit "snobbish", but I've never had that issue here. Love it

Disappointing experience at this comic book shop. I came in looking to find X-Men comics, the guy behind the counter didn't even seem interested in helping me out just pointed where the comics were at and it felt like I was bothering him just for asking. The guy didn't even come out of the counter to help me pick out some comics to buy. If your running a comic book shop you should at least help out new customers who are new into comic book collecting. New customers should expect some knowledge or friendliness which I didn't get here. Ended up going to another comic book shop in Fair Lawn that treated me way better than this comic book shop by helping me pick out which comics I should buy. I won't be coming back here ever again and would not recommend this comic book shop for new collectors.

This place has good variety of comics. I was able to fill some holes in my older collections right out of their Dollar Boxes.. $20 for 25 comics.. good deal They also have $10 Blind Bags And don't forget to check out the GWAR 1st edition comic that's inclusive to the store! And great people in my opinion. I'll stop on any time I'm in the area
