10/10 Experience I went yesterday and they were so nice and patient, helping us and answering any questions we had, I will most definitely be coming back again

We just had my son’s 10th Birthday party here and it was a blast. We actually ended up having more people that people come than us hat we booked and Blake and Jessica made sure all the kids had something to play on. They were the friendliest people and the environment was laid back and comfortable. I definitely recommend E-Gamers cafe to everyone if you want to have an amazing night of gaming and great food too.

Where to start? Thank you Egamers Cafe for making my son’s 8th birthday the best VIP experience ever. Blake and his wife were extremely helpful, patient, understanding, and knew exactly what I needed. I rented out their establishment for my son’s 8th birthday and they made the process so easy. They answered any questions that I had last minute and were able to accommodate my needs. I purchased the party package of 15 people and it came with 4 pizzas and drinks. Blakes wife stepped in and assisted me with the decorations and she was awesome!!! The decorations she added really put the icing on the cake. She assisted me with decorating, she brought the pizzas and also passed them out to the kids, all I did was cut the cake lol. They also provided my son with a birthday gift as well which I didn’t know they did that when you rent out their establishment. They were extremely patient with the children (age group 7-9) with all questions they had regarding the game. They definitely understood that kids will be kids! 🫶 They provided me with a VIP experience and made us feel like we were their #1 top priority. The price was affordable and you only pay a deposit when booking, the remaining will be due the day of the party! Thank you both for you making my sons party the best experience!!!!! You wil be seeing us again!!!

My Kids HAD A BLAST!! Obsessed with the French fries ( SHOUT OUT TO THE COOK !! ) they played on the PCs and loved the vibe and environment. Made for all ages . My 2 year old had a blast too ! Totally worth the visit going back Saturday with some co-workers ! ( kid ages 2, 10 and 14 years old ) ❤️ they also offer bday packages !!! Looking forward to my kids bdays ❤️

Went for a smash tournament that was advertised. My group was the only people that came and we just felt like it wasn’t worth us going through the tournament if we were the only ones entered. I think there must have been some misunderstanding and he thought we were 2 separate groups because the staff member was very confrontational about us wishing to withdraw and wanting our money back. I asked him how many people rsvped and he couldn’t even tell me how many people and started telling me some sort of drama about “half the people who go here don’t believe in rsvps.” Anyways the rest of our group gets their money back and we hear some snide remark about driving safe as we left… tl;dr staff member was very confrontational over an unfortunate misunderstanding which could have been resolved if he hadn’t immediately started acting rude towards us Overall was not impressed with the venue. Unlike other reviews the place was not as clean as we expected and there was messes under the table, unclean surfaces and general signs of wear & tear. When we pulled up we didn’t even know if the place was open, the outdoor sign was nearly pitch black from like grime or fire damage or something. Could barely make it out. Overall don’t trust the suspiciously high reviews on this place
