This card game store has a good selection of Pokémon and MTG cards for sale. I browsed their selection for a short bit before one of the staff offered help. They had a really nice set of displays for single cards, and I was able to find something worth getting fairly easily. It’s definitely worth a look if you’re into games like these.

Really enjoyed the selection at this store. They had a great variety of bulk, and I was especially happy with the selection of sealed product at what I felt were very fair prices. Two of the three staff members I interacted with were excellent, both were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to answer my questions and help me find product. Unfortunately, my interaction with the third staff member left a pretty negative impression. I asked if the store had an online inventory and whether they might have a particular card available, which I was told they process too many cards to make an online store viable. When I asked about the cards behind the counter, I was told that the cards in that area were only playables. I pointed out that I could see some yellow-border Pokémon cards behind him, which was why I had asked. He responded that the Pokémon I was looking for hadn't been meta-relevant in a long time. I tried to keep the conversation friendly and mentioned that the particular Pokémon was still playable in Expanded, but the response was essentially dismissive. The interaction came across as unnecessarily condescending, and as a long time TCG player, I was particularly disappointed by the attitude toward what is and isn't "playable." Not everything about the Pokémon TCG revolves around the current meta. There are plenty of fun, viable, and interesting decks that aren't tier-one meta decks, and players shouldn't feel dismissed because the pokemon they're interested in isn't currently competitive. That said, the other two employees were fantastic, and the store itself has a lot going for it. The selection and pricing were great, and my overall experience was positive, but that particular interaction definitely left a sour taste.

I give up on trying to shop here. The customer service is terrible. Out of multiple visits I've only been helped once. I thought it was just me, but after talking to friends and coworkers, and then looking at reviews, it's so common. Today I went in to get two boxes of cards, watched everyone else get helped, waited. I noticed an Eevee collection, did some quick math and figured I'd spend the $100 plus the boxes. Looked around and all the works are sitting on their phones, or chatting with eachother. Don't even bother with this place.

my boyfriend and i have come here for years, since 2022/2023. prices match around market and are usually cheaper than any other card stores in the Muskegon/Grand Rapids area. The owner Scott is a great guy!

This store has an incredible selection of singles and hard to find sealed products! They also draw weekly prizes for their customers! Definitely worth checking out if you can make the trip.
