Really nice shop with tons of inventory. Prices seemed fair to average, but I didn't notice big price markups like at most hobby stores. Would definitely go back

Came in looking to buy cards. I was sorting through the bins for a good 20mins and not once did any of the 3 people working ask if I needed anything. They continued to talk about selling crap to each other rather than deal with an actual customer. I will never be coming back to this place for lack of customer service

The customer service was non-existent*. So, here’s a 1999 UD Black Diamond Bruce Smith for 20 bucks!? *I mean the first thing either man said to me, in the 30 minutes I was there, was in regards to me checking out/paying… and no, they didn’t include “Thank you”. I don’t think they even looked up from sitting in their chairs. Definitely has the only game in town vibes.

Now does breaks on whatnot, refrained from leaving a review purely based on the scalper pricing for popular Pokemon sets, but recently started getting spammed with messages from diamond valley about them doing breaks on whatnot. You guys are perpetuating a market that prevents kids from actually enjoying the game I grew up loving, and the whole “vendor” excuse for your prices is funny considering the supplier for another local shop doesn’t have them charging market they charge retail. If your supplier can’t do better than market you’re buying from scalpers who are creating the very situation you’re using as an excuse.

Great guys behind the counter, always super helpful and friendly. Gave my two daughters some good deals on trades they made, and their sealed products are at a reasonable price. Looking forward to spending some time with their HUGE collection of bulk cards!
