I have very mixed feelings about this shop, I hope that this review is taken in good faith by the employees because I truly love to support my local game shops and want to see them thrive. For what it is worth, I come here decently often. The big reason is because the card selection here is amazing. 8/10 times they have the card you’re looking for. It’s the biggest strength of this shop, no other in the direct area has the amount and variety they have. The issue with this store is the attitude of the employees. I don’t need them to suck up to me or be overly polite, but a few of the employees (not all, but enough of them) treat you like you are an inconvenience for simply existing in the shop. It really sours the experience, and often despite knowing they will likely have the cards I want, I will exhaust other options and look at several different stores before coming here because I simply do not have the energy to be treated like a nuisance from the moment I enter the door. I try to be as polite as possible regardless, as I do not know why this is the attitude and try not to assume negative intent. But if it weren’t for the attitude problem, they would probably be the sole shop getting my business. It’s notable that many others I know avoid this shop for the same reason.

Not a fan of this place. The staff has attitude, the display case is small, there is no way to browse cards, and the inventory of accessories is very limited. Looks like it’s mostly a place to have tournaments, but ambience isn’t great. All around, there are way better places to go regardless of what you want.

Great selection of cards, but unfortunately the staff is incredibly rude and acts like they could not care less about you or providing any service to you. It seemed to be a MASSIVE inconvenience for the staff member to greet me, and grab 1 item off the shelf for me. I hate writing a review like this, but it was genuinely surprising how the staff was acting. I hope the atmosphere improves so that this card shop can stay alive. I want to support local shops, but so long as the staff continues to behave the way they do, I will not be returning.

The hut for Weenies and goobers is pictured as such and should be avoided at all cost. This is an absoulte garbage place to even open the door too and still defies logic how places like "establishment" even exist.. To my disappointment unfortunately, every single person present seemingly possessed some form of severe social neglect or mental incapablility of holding a conversation for longer than 10 seconds... Came in with my dog and had a collection with $2k+ of unsealed yugioh and pokemon product 2017-2022 and wanted to see what trades i could make for singles or graded tcg. The absolute weirdo at the front table didn't even acknowledge the fact I was there to conduct proper business and when I asked if they had any yugioh or pokemon singles, I looked around and the hostile stares and begrudgingly attitudes of everyone present at the tables was noticable and fortunately my dog made this known as well The dude at the front still maintained no eye contact and expressed no need to hold any conversation because of their small noob gathering was going on or something and i had interupted them. To my suprise, i then said i have product to trade if there are any products availablr and politely asked to see their sealed product for the pokemon which was on the shelf after being rudely told.. "we don't hold any single product for pokemon. Never have and never will. You're in the wrong place." But, he pointed to the extremely minimal product on the shelf and asked almost triple of what market price was for PF and offered 10% off if I made a bulk deal for the packs? I was bamboozled, shook my head and said ill pass. The negatives comments about this place are spot on. 0 stars. Terrible upkeep and definitely a habitat for weenie hut juniors and the such.

Every time I call to ask about a single I am interested in purchasing and the owner answers the phone he looks it up and always says "oh yeah that's an awesome card." For the low price of $5 you can reach into their mystery box and pull packs from sets as far back as gatewatch 2016. Mitch, Cody, and sky are all very knowledgable on MTG lore as well as the physical locations of said cards. Phil the owner is a treat to meet! Great store. They price their cards close to card kingdom VG price. Worth it to not pay shipping and get a glimpse at their enormous selection of singles. You may just find something you want without even knowing you needed it in the first place. This place may seem rough around the Edges to some more inexperience tabletop gamers, but for those who are looking for a safe haven to play some games, get some packs, and have a laugh: this is seriously where you want to find yourself if you're ever in Denver. A single glance will tell you how much in numbers these fellows do in pushing magic singles as well as packs. EDIT: I wish I could give this place six whole stars. I just strolled in to get one of the new Commander decks from the 2025 dragonstorm set and the clerk gave me a free collector's foil with my purchase.
