Fantastic store for all of your TCG’s and D&D needs! The staff is absolutely amazing and they will help you out picking the exact product that you need without overselling to you. They host a variety of events that are super friendly to newcomers and veterans alike! They have some of the best prices of MTG sealed product in the Bay Area as well. Overall, this is one local business that you should definitely support!

I don’t usually post reviews, but what I saw during my visit was disturbing enough that it needs to be shared. Two customers, both people of color and openly gender-fluid, were treated in a way that felt targeted, disrespectful, and discriminatory. Situations like this should be handled with fairness and professionalism, yet that is not what occurred. Although staff objected to the imagery on their playmats, comparable or more explicit content was visible elsewhere in the store. Rather than applying rules consistently or speaking privately and respectfully, staff chose to confront and shame these individuals publicly. Even then, the two customers remained calm and simply requested a refund so they could leave without conflict. The contrast between their composure and the staff’s behavior was striking. In today’s world, no one should feel singled out because of their race, identity, or self-expression. Businesses serve diverse communities and must ensure that every customer is treated with dignity. What happened here suggested bias rather than inclusion, and that is deeply disappointing to witness. For that reason, I cannot in good conscience support or recommend a business where people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals appear to be treated unfairly. I sincerely hope the owners take this seriously and work toward creating a respectful and equitable environment for everyone.

There has been a person slandering this store leaving bad reviews and misrepresenting facts. Here are my experiences with the store. This place rocks. It's got a ton of really cool stuff, all kinds of precons, knowledgeable staff. The play space is crowded but everyone is nice about making space. Very active trading and trade binder community here. I love browsing and seeing all the cool stuff they have. It's a small scene but everyone has been nothing but welcoming to me who is new to the area. There is also a ttrpg scene here that I am excited to get into as a GM eventually - they are clear and transparent about how becoming a GM with the store goes and what they expect. So that is very cool. I thoroughly enjoy this place and hope more ppl know this place is cool. Huzzah

I used to come to this place when it was in a smaller location and enjoyed it. Since moving to a new location it seems whoever cries the loudest is in the right? Not really sure how that works but.. I was here when someone who I have played with before came in with their friend for a tournament. Some other people didn't like their choice of playmat and they were asked to remove their playmat. Playmats around them included naked anime girls, bondage, and possibly one featuring beastiality depending on who you asked (none of which are appropriate for a store to allow with little children present). The staff then proceeded to berate the two in front of everyone. To which the two responded with grace and said give us a refund and we will just leave. I noticed the owner claimed that their review was false. I assure you, one of the two gentleman is black and the other is native american, both of who identify as gender fluid so not sure how you would in 2026 want to support a store who is openly racist / bigoted against trans people. Definitely will recommend against going to this store.
