D2 Comics and More

Such kind people. When my husband and I went to their store they were so friendly and helpful. We preordered a Magic the Gathering Draft Night box from them. When we brought the box home and opened it later that evening, the box was missing a booster pack. We called to see what steps we would need to do to exchange it, either through them or through WoC. They let us know that normally we would need to submit a ticket through WoC, but they didn’t want our prerelease weekend to be ruined. So they offered to give us a booster pack to make up for the one missing. Even though the missing pack wasn’t their fault, they helped us so that we could experience the prerelease night we were looking forward to.

D2 has been home to me for the last few years. What started as an off hand comment to visit "some card shop" almost five years ago has turned into an easily unforgettable experience. Each person I've met has come from varying walks of life, every single person that walks through the door is valued beyond being a 'customer', but as part of a family as we're all addicted to either cardboard or little plastic figures. D2 isn't just a business, it's home, and I cannot recommend this place enough. ... that and, whoever decided to put reese's cups in the fridge deserves a significant raise. Out of all business practices to have, that one is easily the most admirable (MSRP or below pricing is fine too, I guess)

Excellent shop! They have a lot of volume of MTG cards. And they prioritize the customer experience over online purchases, which I appreciate. Will definitely be coming back.

I don’t know whose idea it was to put the most unhelpful person to answer the phone but great job. Jon put no effort into looking to see what’s in stock or answering my questions. “ we have too much stuff to look through to know what we have.” I went to three other shops in that general area that had way more merchandise. The other stores was stocked from the floor to the ceiling, overflowing off the shelves. They were way more than willing to help me, regardless if they had to look through their inventory or research something. The guy at the desk at this point place couldn’t even tell me if they solid Topps Comics. Didn’t ask any other associate and wouldn’t look. If you want some well organized merchandise and a friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend going to these stores instead: Kapow Comics Collector’s Paradise Comic Book: Survivors These guys had way more merchandise but went over the top to assist me . They were super friendly and very helpful. Apparently these shops do a way better job of organizing/keeping up with their merchandise. Plus they have the time and desire to actually help their customers. If you delete my review I’ll just repost it :)
