Cozy Dragon Games

I love this store! Everyone is so kind and friendly, and my family and I always feel at home whenever we're there participating in a pre-release. I would like to request that the managers, if possible, create organized Magic Commander areas so that people can interact with each other and not just stay in closed groups... I wish this store continued success!

There is potential here to be a nice spot, but the team working there weren't welcoming to non-regulars. They may have been having an off day though - The lights kept flickering the whole time I was there, which made it hard to shop. Can't imagine working there and dealing with that all day. I might give them another shot whenever I'm back in the area, but probably not. Extra star for carrying Pirate Borg.

This shop has overall good customer service and even the customers there seem like really nice people to make connections. Aside from that the inventory/stock is horrendous. I've been in there 5-6 different times. Half of those visits were for Riftbound and it's never in stock, but I won't even hold that against them because that's the fault of the scalpers. However what I can't forgive is the other times I've gone in for Lorcana and Union Arena and the answer is always the same: No we don't have that in stock. I mean, honestly, at this point, just be a gaming venue because if you're never going to have anything remotely popular in stock, what's the point?

Drove 1.5 hours to visit Cozy Dragon Games and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the store had a ton of gaming space and there was a little bit if everything for every type of gamer. Our group is very much looking forward to spending a Saturday at Cozy Dragon Games for a Blood Bowl event ... we are super excited!!!!

AMAZING customer service! Shout out to Daniel - I have never met someone who knows more about board games in my life - and my husband is an avid Kickstarter level board gamer. My husband and I went into the shop just to browse and we were very impressed with the variety and sheer volume of games. Daniel introduced us to several games we've never heard of before. When I asked for a kid friendly co-op game I could play with my 10 & 12 yr olds during homeschool he quickly found us several great options. The two we bought have been a HUGE hit with our kids!!!!! I am so grateful and look forward to coming back next time we are in town!
