Cosmic Heroes

I had the pleasure of stopping by this awesome shop while on vacation and had the most fun! I was in search of some sealed Pokemon, but Joey said they didn’t have any. He showed me some of his singles and luckily I found more than I needed! Joey was great! We had amazing conversations about his trip to see The Big Boy in Roseville and pokemon history in general. Pst pst… he has an amazing collection of personal cards. If you are looking for some cool singles, stop by! I can’t wait to be back when I come back for vacation in the Central Coast. Thank you for making it such a fun experience and for helping me find some cards I was looking for!

Anytime we are up in SLO for a visit we always make it a point to stop at Cosmic Heroes. We happen to stop during one of their trading card nights and had a blast! Seems like a great community of people. Every visit we’ve been so happy with how friendly staff is, very kid friendly, and they always have Pokemon in stock. We’ll be back!

We’re on a road trip around California and decided to check to see if they carried the One Piece Card Game while we were in town. Thankfully they had a box of OP 13 for a great price! We also grabbed a sweet Sniper King card. They have all sorts of trading cards games, like Pokemon, Magic the gathering, lorcana, and vanguard, and card game accessories like sleeves, card boxes, and play mats. There was a large variety of collectibles including a ton of funko pops and vintage Star Wars items. The owner, I believe his name is Joey, was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He’s been in the TCG’s for a couple decades and his experiences shows. The store isn’t huge, but there is a ton to see, and space to play trading card games. I didn’t ask if they have tournaments, or specific play nights, but you can call them to find out!

I was doing a road trip from San Diego to San Jose with my girlfriend, she was showing me her college town. Ended up at joeys after eating some amazing Firestone tri til sandwiches. Joey has something for everyone, from Warhammer 40k to Funko, I walked out happy with a few vintage pokemon cards!

Amazing shop, really cool owner who know the hobbies and seems to care about the community! Always love seeing kids being shown kindness in all the hobbies but pokemon especially! This dude knows how to do it! Great pick ups and found some treasures for myself. Good conversations about TCGs - invitational, informed and fun! Wish i live in the area but happy to find real owners who care about the cards and community!
