Comic Cult

I've been coming here for almost a year now and I can proudly say that this shop is the definitive place for beginners to start their comic book journey. This store was my introduction to comic books and the owners there could not be any more kinder. Entering a new space can be scary but they make it so user friendly. For any newcomers I would suggest avoiding Wednesdays as that is their busiest day of the week with new comic book releases. So only go if your looking for the newest releases. Any other day is perfect for a relaxing browse or yearning questions to ask. One of my favorite local business in the city.

Whoever the guy is at the counter today specifically shame on you for handling this side of the business the way you did. Was scuffing me since I walked in explaining I have called about bringing my comics and Pokémon cards and he already shook his head bothered. Sir, your employees did a phenomenal job informing me how to go about it and you were so bitter and rude. The way he skimmed through our things and didn’t even try to make conversation nothing absolutely cold and when he asked how much we were asking for the Pokémon cards I said what percentage are you offering. Or like what percentage and he scoffed at me again. Mind you after I asked that and he scoffed at me he took a Quick Look at the cards again and then said nevermind giving it back uninterested and bothered. His customer service was the exact opposite of the gentlemen that have answered the phone for me mind you they explicitly said they weren’t the manager on the phone. This is like how people are doing things for the money and not for the actual love of the community it has created.

I've been a customer for almost 2 years since moving to the area. The owners are friendly and they clearly love what they do. Great selection for new titles and a good number of back issues. My advice: if you know you want a title that's coming out, let them know and get a pull list. You never know which issues will sell out fast!

The times that I've went they've seem to have a smaller selection of dc trades and single issues compared to marvel. But they do have a huge selection of older single issues that are organized well.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!! The new owners are doing an incredible job. Fun place for meet and greets⚡⚡⚡
