First of all let me say the store itself was awesome and so much cool stuff to look at. Secondly (this situation was awhile ago, not real recent) aside from that my customer service experience wasn't all that good. While looking around I decided to as owner or employee if he had any resources he could recommend in order to find out about a item I currently owned. Instead of just telling me he didnt know or have any resources he seemed to get this pretentious attitude like my question was beneath him. Like I was a bother despite he was just leaned over a counter on his phone the whole time we'd been in there. Then proceeded to act is if I was trying to sell him my item when I never mentioned selling at all. Yet he said a couple different times "That's not something id be interested in" , paraphrasing since its been awhile. This exchange really rubbed me wrong way because I didnt get the sense of community like I have at other places where employees have been welcoming and pleasant. When I say community I mean in regards to businesses and events that dealt with same or similar things. I dont expect them to remember the conversation since its been awhile and wasn't even gonna review but in last couple weeks I've had a few other friends say they had very similar experience with feeling they were treated rudely. I just assumed til now that maybe it was just me but apparently this is a recurring thing there which really sucks because what a awesome shop to have around. Unfortunately I dont feel welcome there with my pleb questions. Needless to say despite having a pocket full of cash I walked out buying nothing. Always treat your customer as if they are your best customer and you will find more recurring customers.

Ordered the Iron Studios Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Blue Deluxe 1/10 Art Scale Statue × 1, took little bit to get delivered due to the holiday, unfortunately when it arrived and I opened it, first thing I noticed it was packed poorly, I understand it was a used item, but as a collector dealer dealing with fragile items all the time they could of taken the time to provide better protection being I spent little over $500 for it, well due to the poor packing job it resulted in a damaged front grille and also a shattered tail light garud, I will not recommend buying from here, honestly I would of just spent way more on eBay and would of gotten it undamaged. Upset 😭

My friend ordered me a beetlejuice statue back in July 2025 , hasn’t even shipped yet , Marco or Mario whatever name he decides to use, is giving the run around and it’s really irritating, pretty sure the online store is a scam. Zero stars if I could. EDIT: Ok Marcos, we will see when I have it in hand.

Awesome place to get all your statue collection collectibles. All scales from 1/10th to life size. Hot Toys and Funkos as well. Great inviting owner and staff on site. Go check it out if you're looking for something new to add to your collection or just to see the amazing pieces on display.

First time in the area, we saw this store on the map and had to stop. It is filled wall to wall with some of the coolest, high-end, most detailed pop culture, media, and gaming statues you'll ever see. Shout-out to the 8ft tall Thanos they have! The store is clean, organized, and very well presented. The guy running the store (heck, I'd even say gallery) was incredibly friendly and took the time to tell us about the place, how big the collecting scene is, and really made us feel welcome. They have something for just about every fandom, from Marvel, Transformers, Evil Dead, Star Wars, various anime, even The Wizard of Oz. They have very well-stocked Warhammer and Funko Pop sections too! We plan to return!
