I've been in and out of this hobby since the late 90s and Collector Legion is the FIRST lgs I've been too that actually cares about their customers, ESPECIALLY in the South Bay. The shop is clean, organized, and air conned. The ordering system is brilliant and great for anyone who absolutely despises social interactions or if you just know exactly what you want. The people behind the counter are awesome and from my experience are not the typical "Umm, Actually..." shop keeps. They are friendly, helpful and will spend time helping you if you are so inclined. This place can get busy during peak hours but they'll still put in the effort to help. If you out here complaining about the staff then you must be a One Piece scalper. The selection is incredible as well. M:TG boosters dating back to probably before some of you were born as well as new releases, massive selection of Commander Precons, Waifu TCGs, Pocket Monsters and other stuff I've never even heard of. On top of TCGs they've got a wide selection of collectibles, War Gaming stuff for dudes over 50 and most importantly snacks. If you live ANYWHERE near this place and are into tcgs even remotely you need to go there right now. Stop what you're doing and head there immediately. Be fore warned though, it is EXTREMELY haunted.

I enjoy coming to this place for the different pre-releases for different Trading Cards. Lately they have been putting out the best prices around for a pre-release specially as Magic the Gathering goes away from just things in their universe and expands to other IP's and yet their pre-release prices still stay low. Clem is always hosting the pre-release for this and always makes sure to ask us if anyone is new so that he can take the time to go through how a pre-release work and even some of the more basic rules for the game so that everyone has a good time. I also enjoy coming here with my son for Pokemon Pre-Releases again the price is a mention here specially because the prices for Pokemon are so crazy yet their pre-release price is always consistently low. My son has a good time as he is reward for playing the full pre-release with some pokemon packs and everyone gets some so it's a win win. When I first started playing with my son I thought it would be more difficult to join a pre-release but everyone from the staff to the playing community has been nothing but welcoming and more than happy to teach us how the game works. The store itself is clean and spacious, then even invested in better chairs for everyone so you can tell that they are constantly thinking of a way to always make the experience better for everyone. The staff is always welcoming and is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to the different formats in the trading cards. From collectibles to competitive deck you can always find all the things that you need at this store.

CL is one of the best TCG shops in the area. From the moment I first walked through the doors over a year ago, I felt welcomed and valued. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, creating an outstanding experience for both new and experienced players. The store has built one of the strongest One Piece TCG communities around, and much of that is thanks to Christos. I cannot say enough positive things about the impact he has had on both the community and my own experience. He helped me build my first deck, introduced me to local players, and made it easy to become involved in weekly events. The community itself is welcoming, supportive, and eager to help new players learn and improve. Christos continually goes above and beyond by organizing events, participating in the community, helping players prepare for upcoming Regionals, and fostering an environment where everyone can enjoy the game and grow as competitors. His passion for the One Piece TCG and dedication to the community are evident in everything he does. I sincerely appreciate the effort he puts into making every visit to the shop enjoyable and memorable. CL has become a place I genuinely look forward to visiting, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in trading card games.

Shoutout to collector legion. I live in inglewood and still make the drive every Monday and Friday night for one piece. One Piece is my first TCG and I got into it alone, so naturally I was nervous and shy to pull up to my first locals. Finally built up the courage to go to my first locals at a different card shop, but the vibes weren’t vibing (will not name the shop). Decided to try again at Collector Legion and it was probably the best decision ever. Made some new friends here that I wouldn’t have made elsewhere. We have fun at locals and lock in for the big tourneys like regionals and treasure cup. The community at Collector Legion is by far the best I’ve met and I’ve been to other locals now that I have more confidence on how to play. Shoutout to Christos for always asking the community on how to improve our experience at locals. They do what they can for us and that never goes unnoticed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Do not come here for sealed product unless you look up the prices on their kiosk prior to going to the checkouts. Whatever they have on their shelf is extremely misleading and you will think you are buying a $49.99 product and you get to the counter and it's $69.99. How hard is it to just accurately tag the 50 different products you have on the shelf behind the counter? They also shorted me 2 cards that I ordered on the Kiosk yet I still paid full price, no receipt and no explanation of missing the card. The prices here will always be way over market (I get the overhead of running a brick and mortar in California but some of the price discrepancies are egregious.) My suggestions for sealed for in print product (MTG) go to Microcenter for below or at MSRP and excellent customer service, out of print product hit up Lost Planet for market value pricing and employees who will actually acknowledge your existence. A little customer service and honesty with the pricing would go a long way, I think your employees could do a better job with this especially to a new customer who wouldn't know about the Kiosk. My buddy felt ripped off getting into the hobby by picking up a commander deck that had a sign in front of it that was 30 dollars cheaper than what the register said. (he is non-confrontational and paid anyway) On the plus side, the store is very clean and the play areas seem decent. The cheapest single will be $0.40, but if you are shopping in that price range than it's a good deal just make sure you check your order before paying. This place has potential to be great, but I think it's lazy just banking on how popular TCGs are right now and are being complacent. I don't want a half-baked reply from the manager, I would just simply like you guys to be better for your customers in general.
