Completely agreed on a deal for two cards, had them set behind the counter for me while I grabbed cash out of the ATM and then when I came back they said the deal was “too good” and they wouldn’t sell them to me. Never had a card shop go back on a deal they already agreed on, not sure if they are aloud to do that.

I've done the research, and Collecto comes out on top. Service is stellar, community is cool, selection is stocked, and leagues are legit. I look forward to becoming a regular face around the shop as my family dives deeper into playing Pokémon tcg.

They have an exceptional selection, amazing customer service, and they went above and beyond to help me find the last card for my Pokedex Binder.

I’m only giving 2 stars because I’ve had a few decent experiences here. The place always smells funky, but the worst part is the customer service. Multiple times I have gone there and some of the staff were nice for the most part, but a few of them were just sassy honestly. I had a bunch of high value cards that weren’t the best quality and the guy wouldn’t even look at most of them. They offered me $20 for probably $80 worth of cards. I don’t know who it is specifically but there is one man there who has just always been rude or short.

I always have a great time when I have a little extra cash and already visiting the mall. One of the best card shops in the area. They have games night, so go to there shop to ask, or follow them on facebook for scheduled times(Magic, Yugiho, ONE-PIECE!!!) If you're a real collector/player visit them, their great! Yes, they have rules you'll figure them out, so don't go with bullshit, because good times and good vides are all that awaits. If you really want it, you might have to get on a wait list because everyone want the some stuff, but they always always always come through.
