Cardboard Vault

A little while back, I bought some old Japanese Pokémon cards from this store. After having them for a while, I decided I wanted to sell or trade them back for some store credit so I could get a few different cards. When I went in and asked how much they would offer in store credit, they told me they don't buy Japanese Pokémon cards. I wasn't upset that they wouldn't take the cards back. What bothered me was the employee's attitude. He came across as rude and arrogant throughout the interaction. Based on my experience, I'd recommend checking out the other card shop down the road instead.

Had never been to this store before. Had a great experience. Talked to one of the owners of the shop. Very cool dude. Customer service was great. I will definitely be back to pick up more cards.

I had an outstanding experience at this card shop and it easily exceeded my expectations. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming vibe and a team that clearly knows their stuff. The staff were not only friendly, but genuinely helpful—they took the time to answer questions, offer solid recommendations, and made the whole visit feel personal rather than transactional. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great variety of products. Whether you’re a serious collector or just getting into the hobby, there’s something here for you. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and in creating a space where customers feel comfortable and excited to be there.

I've been able to find everything I need every time I come in. So nice to have a store that is fully stocked at all times with current and old sets! The staff has always been super welcoming to me and helped me out when I was brand new to the hobby. I've continued to come back time and time again now! Thank you!
