Card Troopers

I love going to this place but the last few times Ive been here its not been so great. the guy that was working wanted to offer 20 for 3 of my cards and said that they were damaged when even if they were they were still worth 20 apiece. Steven needs to work on better customer service. The last few times he has been rude.

Prices are horrible. Way overpriced. Had to haggle to get them to take $45 for a $40 card when they priced it at $55. Truly save your money and go somewhere in lexington.

I have never posted a review of a business or location before, but today’s visit to Cardtrooper was well worth leaving one. Tl;Dr: I had a PSA 10 Phantasmal Flames Charizard valued at 2.12k. I had no luck at other locations as they were offering me half the price, Cardtrooper offered me 1.8k$ and was great throughout the entire process Big shoutout to all of the workers there, I have been visiting consistently for roughly 2 years, and have never had a negative experience. Would highly recommend the location to both die-hard and lax collectors alike! Great selection of products, and great service (they even almost convinced me to start playing the TCG game itself).

We are visiting family in the area on vacation and grandma wanted to buy my son a pack of Pokémon cards for his upcoming birthday. The employee, Derek, was so nice to my son and talked Pokémon with him. As a parent who doesn't know much about Pokémon cards, I was appreciative that Derek took the time to talk Pokémon with my son. He also gave us information about getting Pokemon cards graded. Thank you, Derek!

Really cool place, the guy working the counter was really cool and helpful I'll get his name the next time. Was able to snag two cool cards. Will definitely be back for packs, boxes and cards
