Card N All Gaming - Middletown

I’ve been calling around looking for Pokémon blue for GB. The staff here was the only staff of any of the stores that was excited to talk to me about it. Also, when I went in, they showed me the other options I had for the platform. Would give a bonus star if I could.

Had this review at five starts prior to 07/12/2026 Mason, there was no need to be rude. Taking out your anger on a customer is ridiculous, especially when that anger was founded on the actions of an employee who did something they were not supposed to do. I would sure hope that is where it was founded at least. I was frustrated sure, but I was doing my best to keep to myself, trying to not have an attitude, that became harder when one of my two sisters orders (the younger of the two, who is autistic) was threatened to be cancelled, even though she had said nothing. If that wasn't a threat, you didn't do well at conveying it wasn't. And she felt bad after. I'm not trying to act entitled, but as a usually paying customer, a regular, someone who has spent thousands of $ across both locations. I believe my sisters and I are owed a smidge of respect. First impressions are important, and that was mediocre. I get along just fine with the employees at the New Cut location, always do. Respect is a give and receive system.

Love this place so, so much awesome selection of packs (could use paldea evolved single packs though just love that set lol) great selection of well priced cards, good selection of sealed product including English, Japanese, and Chinese. Staff are awesome and sociable helping me and my dad pick packs. Such an awesome place highly recommend to visit!

Don’t sell your slabs or raw cards here. They use a weird system to look up prices which can’t not find the right or accurate prices for slabs or raw cards. I don’t think the employees know how to give an accurate prices when looking at last solds on eBay. Probably need to update their systems. Or just learn the game better. It also feels like it’s the employees first day on the job. If you’re wanting to sell to them they buy at 60% 😪. Don’t know how people are selling here. Don’t know how there in business still lol. Everything is over priced too!!Again don’t know how there still in business:/. Go to vendors at card events they would be fair and work with you. OR go to Louisville sports cards!!

Showed up yesterday at 8 PM, walked up to the door and realized they were closed. Ok fair, no problem, we don’t even attempt to come in. The guy at the counter jumped up and came and locked the door in our faces without even acknowledging us. We didn’t even try the door or anything, we were just reading the times in the door. He was too busy playing on his phone when we walked up to even realize it was quitting time and then acted put out that a customer may try to come in. Considering the terrible attitude this guy had and lack of professionalism, we won’t be back. GO TO GAME XCHANGE INSTEAD!! We left here and drove there and they’re open until 9 PM, we bought 4 games and a new controller. Had he have just acknowledged us and said sorry we’re closed, I would have came back today and dropped that money in their store. Instead I drove over to Game XChange where my money is appreciated!
