Five days in ft Knox, and I was glad to stop by here and playel the pokemon tournament on Thursday night. $12 entrance fee was a bit higher than most of the stores($10), but the ambience was good and the staff was friendly. The owner was generous to give out the prize packs and standard pack. Thank you. I wish I am here for another day. Will definitely visit here when I am back in town next time.

Good gaming and card store. I collect and play One Piece and they have a good selection of singles to purchase and hosted on for a locals when not many people come on the regular. Tons of room for cards... There were a bunch of people playing console games together, Pokemon... All kinds of stuff. In a plaza so tons of parking. If this spot were closer to home it would be my go to.

I recently bought the white OLED switch from here and I swear hands down this is my favorite place to go through to get game systems! I recently had a really bad experience at the game xchange on Dixie with one of their worker’s who had made me feel bad about trying to sell something and their district manager completely glazed over the fact I had a bad experience an employee and only focused on the product, however, the employee Kirk who had helped me out both on the phone and in store with getting my now beloved switch, I have been nothing but thankful, I had asked if they would be able to hold but when he told me about online pick up (which i knew about, but I didn’t think about) I said “say less” in my mind and badda bing badda boom got the switch later on that day. I’ve never had anything but good and awesome experiences at cardnall! Personally I’d rather come to this one and even the one out in Middletown, both trips are always worth it even if you’re just window shopping! Eventually I need to get me a pro controller and if able I’m definitely coming back and getting it here!

Card N' All Gaming & Repair is my go-to for all of my TCG and gaming needs as it's conveniently located down the street from where I live and I have to say, "I'm stuck with this place because it's the only one that's close to me" isn't the sentiment that I share with this establishment. I play here with friends, the staff is great and they greet you as soon as you walk through those doors. I'm fortunate to have a place like CNAG&R to visit. Thank you guys for everything - and for those who have yet to visit, do so. This place has everything from retro gaming to modern consoles, trading cards of all brands and many different events to experience!

Went in on 2/21 around noon. The place was clean, seemed full of people enjoying their various hobbies and activities within the store at the gaming tables. I was initially disappointed at the offering of switch games but after circling around to where the video game counter was I did find what I was looking for. While standing there the employee sitting behind the counter was helping someone else with what sounded like a repair request on their handheld device. I waited for their interaction to conclude and figured the employee would acknowledge me and ask if I needed help then. The employee advised the customer to take their handheld with them while waiting for a response and the customer departed the counter. I was wrong. Not a huge deal, maybe the employee was looking up something on the computer for the customer. The employee never acknowledged me, or advise me that they would help me. I politely asked if I could be helped and at that point the employee performed admirably. Even informing me that I could grab a free game $15 or under for buying 3 games. Not a bad experience at all, just perhaps a bit of room for improvement with being aware of customers and active engagement.
